  • ouais et aussi mieux bouger les fesses ..

  • Un peu la même chose, tu dois bloquer ta tête entre tes bras,au niveau oreilles,et ne plus bouger ton tronc, ne pas plier trop les jambes au niveau genoux car cela te fraine, etre plus cool et laissez glisser .
