GOD is just. @teofanap you have to understand that GOD told me to relocate and to LIVE in different states so that I may evangelize and preach; therefore, we are "homeless," in what state we travel To. Can you take the house in Loxley and move it to the states we are peaching inside of? No you cannot. GOD is just. @sasoriwuvr139 I know the law and this is the reason why I was able to LEGALLY enroll my children inside of a PUBLIC school supported with FEDERAL funds which allows ANY child to be enrolled. I have the RIGHT to access the PUBLIC school and I don't have to prove residency because I live in a hotel. The lawsuit is as a result of the school violating this right. Two other schools registered my children without a problem. Mountain Brook got caught doing there illegal things.
Actually following the McKinney Act, your children have a right to be enrolled in the last registered school before you went homeless or a school in the school district upon which you became homeless. This act does not allow you to just move to a different state, buy a motel room, and claim homeless status. You don't have to prove residency but you do have to follow the legal latter and work with the employee that was hired to deal specifically with homeless students.
@diosadentro I became homeless in the Mountain Brook area as soon as I made my residence in that vicinity. It is for homeless people. I'm a travelling minister. Iit would be a blessing to have a permanent home in every state I will be living in whenever I am preaching in that state, but I don't have this as of yet. My children are protected under this law. I have read this law VERY well and it applies to my situation. As soon as I arrive in a city and I am living there, it applies.

You will see that the judge Inge Johnson is a criminal because when a person requests for a JURY trial and the amount requested is OVER $20 there has to be a JURY and not a bench trial. Today, there has been a huge response from people at our school, mostly negative you considering the injunction is being filed against the very leaders of the schools we went to as younger children and we will be highly defensive in that respect. But for this purpose, I will try to stay as unbiased as possible, though to be honest, I am not very familiar with court rulings about schools and their attendance.

I went on the website for your school. In the financial report that stated that they DO RECEIVE FEDERAL GRANTS for some of the programs at the school. GOD is just. @sasoriwuvr139 I know the law and this is the reason why I was able to LEGALLY enroll my children inside of a PUBLIC school supported with FEDERAL funds which allows ANY child to be enrolled. I have the RIGHT to access the PUBLIC school and I don't have to prove residency because I live in a hotel. The lawsuit is as a result of the school violating this right. Two other schools registered my children without a problem. Mountain Brook got caught doing there illegal things.

Actually following the McKinney Act, your children have a right to be enrolled in the last registered school before you went homeless or a school in the school district upon which you became homeless. This act does not allow you to just move to a different state, buy a motel room, and claim homeless status. You don't have to prove residency but you do have to follow the legal latter and work with the employee that was hired to deal specifically with homeless students.

@diosadentro I became homeless in the Mountain Brook area as soon as I made my residence in that vicinity. It is for homeless people. I'm a travelling minister. Iit would be a blessing to have a permanent home in every state I will be living in whenever I am preaching in that state, but I don't have this as of yet. My children are protected under this law. I have read this law VERY well and it applies to my situation. As soon as I arrive in a city and I am living there, it applies.

You will see that the judge Inge Johnson is a criminal because when a person requests for a JURY trial and the amount requested is OVER $20 there has to be a JURY and not a bench trial. For the judge to attempt to "toss," my case proves that the judge is a tyrannical and corrupt or WHITE-COLLAR-CRIMINAL. As long as Mountain Brook Schools receives Federal Funds, they cannot "deny" anyone enrollment. I also sue against this practice.

Maybe if you got a lawyer you might be able to win a case. You also believe that you know the law better than most people. The reason the Mountain Brook Schools' staff didn't want to accept us is because they knew that others would all of a sudden become "homeless," I believe so that they could be enrolled in the school. The compulsory attendance law states that all children must be in a school of the parent's choice and we chosed this school. We have a right. We were not a threat. Today, there has been a huge response from people at our school, mostly negative you considering the injunction is being filed against the very leaders of the schools we went to as younger children and we will be highly defensive in that respect. But for this purpose, I will try to stay as unbiased as possible, though to be honest, I am not very familiar with court rulings about schools and their attendance.

There is something called a zoning law which means that you have to LIVE in that area to be able to attend school there. Google it or something, honestly your case is worthless because you were asked to leave many times and given many chances yet your child is dragging herself across the floor and refusing to leave. That's some good parenting skills.

I go to Mountain Brook High school and Officer Woods and Officer Kelley are the nicest guys ive ever known and they are the guys who keep the kids and the adults save from crime in the city. So if your gonna call anyone in Mountain Brook a B*tch, criminal, corrupt, or a heaven you should be callin yourself one. and salute the American flag its called Patriotism or are you to high for that and if your kids are so damned smart than they should knock some sense into your tiny little head.

Ms. Bethel, I am appalled at your lack of propriety and respect. After watching your video and reading your comments, I can't believe m'am, for even a moment that you are a Christian. My God does not call people "stupid", "criminal", "liars" , "idiots", "corrupt", "drunkards", "drunken-looking" or threaten to "beat the hell" out of someone. @glynisbethel You call yourself a kind religious person, yet you insult people and expect to be treated nicely. Using God as an excuse to get money from schools is sinning. Repenting for your sins will not help you if you are not truly sorry and you turn around and continue to sin without hesitation. Buy or rent a house in Mountain Brook, then come to the school. If they still deny you, you may have a case, but what makes you able to skip requirements that the rest of us are fulfilling?

The requirements to enroll in your school is simply to be classified as "homeless," in order words, you people are struggling to be enrolled by getting into debt and living horrible lives under financial pressure. All you have to do to be enrolled is to live either in a hotel, rv campsite, or parked on the side of the road in front of the school and sleeping in your car. It think it's cheaper than your way. Ha ha ha ha ha.
