It should be pointed out (as Mr O'Gara will never point it out himself) that Mr O'Gara was, in 2008, ordered to pay out £50,000 in damages to WY's Chief Constable because there was no proof of his bizarre conspiracy theories other than, and I quote, "his own imagination".
Billy Tracey may not have sued for libel, but CC Gregg did, and they wiped the floor with Mr O'Gara. PEACE!
@300amazingfatboy300 Yes I was ordered to pay as you stated but you fail to point out that due process did not pertain. Judge Timothy King refused me a jury which was my right and then he would not listen to my evidence as he conducted his kangaroo court in London. King refused to contemplate that I could be right and such a distinguished policeman could be a liar and scoundrel who framed John Humble as the ripper hoaxer. So he chose to support the policeman and he denied me an appeal also.
Thanks for the quick reply and sorry about the delay. Now...
You're asking me to believe that not only did the WYP wait 25 years to frame up a randomly-selected man (who wrote to you professing his guilt, but also asking me to believe that the 'real' Ripper framed up a copycat who was conveniently on the loose at the same time as him.
Yes I know that its unbelievable but it happened. Dont believe me but believe the evidence. Sutcliffe was eliminated a dozen times. Police admit there are two killers involved. The Real Ripper is an unbelievable man. He is not an ordinary man. To take a hammer and plan to murder and mutilate one victim to taunt the police is incredible. He did it a dozen times. To write a few letters to the police was easy. To post them in Sunderland easy also. He fooled the cops as well.
1. Sutcliffe was able to direct the police to weapons used to kill the 'Real Ripper's victims after the fact. How?
2. The Real Ripper, by your own admission, didn't even drive until 1978. So how can he have been the man seen with Emily Jackson, or the man who left tire tracks all over the Irene Richardson murder scene?
@300amazingfatboy300 Just as the Birmingham police knew that the 6 were not the real bombers, the WYP, Dick Holland who stitched up Kiszko and Oldfield who stitched up Judith Ward for murders, knew that Sutcliffe was the copycat killer and the deal was no trial and 10 years in the mental. Sutcliffe was a nutter who had hammers knives screwdrivers etc everywhere. He needed to be arrested to relieve the burden on him, perhaps some guilt but he was too far in.
@noelogara to answer the other point, Tracey gave me the impression that he couldnt drive. It was very deliberate but I had no reason to think he might have been acting so that he had a witness to that effect if the police ever got on to him. This guy was no actor. He was a serious criminal who covered his ass at every corner. Nobody would have been happier to believe he was not the Ripper than myself. I couldnt find anything that would eliminate him, only more to incriminate him as time went on
Just bought a couple of great dvds on the matter from
w w w . y o r k s h i r e r i p p e r .n e t
One is six hours long and the other about five.Loads of different documentaries Has tape recordings of Sutcliffe on there.Strange how such a man has such a softly spoken voice
.All the confessions from the hoaxer John Humble at the police station too.Very informative dvds.
They need to look at DNA on the victim's clothing and hopefully they haven't made an embarrassing mistake to destroy the evidence. They nearly did with losing the letters and tapes from Humble the hoaxer.
after his arrest the Lancashire tecs came to visit Sutcliffe and took his blood group and teeth pattern and as a result of that they knew he didnt commit the Preston murder. They wouldnt wear his confession to their murder and the WY police were very miffed over that. You could call it police rivalry but they didnt know at that time that there would be endless controversy over it. Some cops are honest. Some are dishonest and resort to frame ups to solve important cases.
Humble added it to the Ripper case because in his sick mind he wanted the death toll to be more, however Sutcliffes dna and Humbles is not the same as the man who killed Joan Harrison, that is a 3rd person who has so far evaded his crime!!!!!!
I wrote to the Mail on Sunday after the second part of Gregory's lying memoirs and they cut it short after that. Part three was very short but the paper failed to enquire further into the stitch up of Sutcliffe, the copycat killer. Gregory was directly responsible for all the further murders committed by the real Ripper because of his lies. It was all about getting a solution and appeasing the public that they got the Ripper.
At least he had finally struck the guts to say that anyone seen with hookers in suspicious circumstances was to be brought in for questioning by the Ripper Squad and this was what happened when Sutcliffe had Skoda numberplates on his Rover and the false details he had already given with the weapons in his pocessions. Yet the police had already made a catalogue of mistakes in the inquiries and that can never be forgotten.
not quite what happened. Sutcliffe was a copycat killer telling everyone that he was the Ripper. He had been eliminated 12 times already. In desperation he went to Sheffield because the WY cops knew he was a nutter and the Sheffield lads thought they had the Ripper when they saw the prostitute, false number plates hammers knives and his suspicious attitude. you need to view my website yorkshireripperdotcom
Stefan Kisko's case was also built out of some unreliable child witnesses whom knew nothing about the legal system and in adulthood admitted that they did it for a laugh. Even so, Holland & CO failed to take note with the fact that Kisko had infertile semen that should have cleared him from being a suspect.
Kiszko was stitched up and Holland knew from the start that he was innocent because of the forensic fact that his semen could not match the killer's. But he had a signed confession and the name of the game was and still is to get a conviction in court at all costs, even if you know the accused is innocent.
I have heard about that poor Kiszko going down when Holland knew he was innocent Holland is now dead, and if he really knew Kiszko was innocent then he is evil
NoelOgara is STILL flogging his shitty-brained tl;dr other-man theories? Bloke might just as well own up himself and admit to the grassy knoll and 9/11 while he's at it ffs.
you sound like one of those dummy cops whose only thought is for his overtime and pension entitlements.
Remember that it was detectives who eliminated Sutcliffe 12 times as the Ripper but his confessions on the 13th occasion did the trick and squared all the evidence that eliminated him.
Sutcliffe is a hero he didnt kill human beings he only killed prostitutes. Release the man and give him a knighthood for getting the pros off the street Sir Peter Sutcliffe
When you've finished reading your Sun, and stopped talking to the madman down the pub, have a bit of a read into the facts of the case, then stop embarrassing yourself and the rest of us :)
Sutcliffe is the man! I understand that some of the people he killed were not prostitutes however most of them where, and the others were people he mistook for prostitutes. He only ever set out to kill prostitutes however a couple of times he mistook a normal person for a prostitute but we can put that down to human error. I mean everyone is entitled to some human error in their job. Sutcliffe for prime minister!
I think the joke's on you then, worshipping a man who's been rotting in a mental hospital for the last 30 years. Thanks for giving the rest of us a good laugh - it shows what sort of a life you have.
Well Done West Yorkshire Police - only took you five years to catch him (then it was not even your force!). Enjoy your retirement Mr Gregory - hope the pension and the tabloid money from selling your memoires is keeping you happy. R.I.P Ladies and Wilf :-(
Prior to that press conference the West Yorks police knew Sutcliffe so well and had eliminated him already 12 times proving positively that he was not the Ripper.
The Sheffield cops didnt know all this and they arrested Sutcliffe and jumped to the conclusion that he was the Ripper when they found a hammer and a knife and looked at their photofit of the copycat killer.
Media pressure forced Gregory to stage that conference and then they started brokering a deal with the copycat killer.
Ah not quite. Sutcliffe was transferred up to Wakefield PS after his arrest. It was only when the Sheffield cops heard he was still in custody up there the next morning (and that the Ripper Squad were interested) that they went back to the arrest site and found the discarded weapons.
Not to mention the 2 i/c for much of : Dick Holland. He was directly responsible for the appalling fitting-up of poor Stefan Kisko for the Lesley Molseed murder in 75.
I have doubts about Sutcliffes confession. The whole case is bizarre. The children of 3 of the victims have expressed concern over Sutcliffes confession and requested the case be re opened. The reply they received was. ''There is no evidence to support your concern.'' There never will be because Sutcliffe is happy with his conviction.
You dont know the facts. You never read my books. I never tried to cash in on murder. Far from it I spent years trying to get the attention of the W.Y. police who refused every attempt. That makes sense now and I realise they were busy covering up their own crime. They always knew Sutcliffe was a copycat killer.
I made no money out of it nor do I want to, I am financially independant.
Ref Ipswich, the same applies and I would help any innocent man who was set up by an evil criminal killer.
You'd kill your own Grandmother to sell that pathetic book of yours O'Gara. What was it that Jacqueline Hill's mother said about making profit from the Ripper case? Something about any money they receive being marked with blood from her daughter and the other victims.
The smiles of an incompetent police force. Rot in hell DCI Dick Holland - you fucked up the Ripper investigation and sent an innocent man, Stefan Kiszko, to jail for 16 years for the rape and murder of Lesley Molseed.
What's your source on that? I'd be interested to have a look. The information I looked at suggested he bullied Kiszko into a confession and refused to apologise, along with the rest of the surviving investigation team, when the truth came out.
I understand that he also humiliated and silenced colleagues on the Ripper investigation team who dared to suggest that the hoaxer may not have been real.
I can't remember right now but I'll try to find the source. It wouldn't surprise me if he did fit Kiszko up though, and nothing happened to many of the people who fitted up the Guildford Four and Birmingham Six.
I can't say I'm surprised. When I was reading up on Holland I was reminded of DCI Gene Hunt, just without the personality or wit. Please let me know if you find that source. Cheers.
Yes, Dep Supt Dick Holland was responsible for that appalling case. Kisko was 24 days in the cells- no solicitor- they beat a confession out of him. Holland never admitted the wrong (tho the evidence freeing Kisko was unarguable), never apologised. Kisko died <1yr later: his ma, who campaigned all those long lonely years, died a few months later.
Gregory was the embodiment of total corruption in the West Yorkshire force. A smiling assassin, he took the credit when in fact it was a chance routine stop in Sheffield. The Home Office pensioned him off soon after...
thanks noel, yes mate you are right.. but the police to-day dont give a shit they know there bullit proof.. look at the chief of police coming live on tele and lying to the nation about the charles mendez shooting. and still kept his job.. best wishes mate
they are not really bullet proof because if you look at them they are living in some fear themselves due to their attitude of pretending that they are serving and protecting the public. I called to Scotland Yard HQ last year and they are living under siege with machine guns outside and barriers etc. No way could anyone get in there. They were wearing flak jackets outside and I never saw such a bunch of uptight ass holes. Post it to us was the reply when I said I wanted to see someone inside.
They were lying when Gregory said they were delighted. They knew Sutcliffe was a copycat killer and not the Ripper. The media pressure for an arrest forced them to hold Sutcliffe this thirteenth time they had him and say he was the Ripper. laughing as if he had just won the lotto.
wouldn't mind but none of those men sitting there were responsible for catching him but two on the beat cops who did their job.

Why has nobody been convicted of the unsolved murder, of Joan Harrison, (Preston 1975).
Surely, the police would have forced a confession from Sutcliffe, or even Humble, (hoaxer) for closure, if there was any sort of conspiracy?
