I remember the first time this came on my Pandora station. I had to stop everything I was doing to see who the hell made such an awesome remix...guess I shouldn't have been performing open heart surgery at the time. *oops*
I can't believe I've missed this version of the song for all these years. It's a great twist on the song...and is that an "Around the World" sample I hear at 2:27?
baaaaah Leute Falke geht so ab!
Puuuuh
yes teckmasse tu as raison.
@KaligulaExMachina What kind of weird statement is that? Of course God could dance. If God created man from his image, I think he can dance in it too.
@Rikstyle93 The technical term is Nu-disco. Nu-disco was a more house-direction to Disco that was during the small disco revival in the 90s. The difference between Nu-disco and disco, mostly is that it uses loops, where disco really doesn't, and it uses electronic instrumentation, and samples. The artists famous for Nu-disco? Daft Punk. Justice. Alan Braxe, Phoenix (hardly considered nu-disco), and cassius. More. Why? Cuz they're all french. This is French House (french nu-disco)
@dXAriseXb Disagree- Daft Punk, Justice, Alan Braxe; they're all electro house. Nu Disco is epitomized by Lindstrom, Prins Thomas, Todd Terje, Holy Ghost!, Still Going on so on...
@puhowned French house is more of an umbrella term for mainly nu-disco, but also electro, disco house, post-disco, and pretty much any electronic genre from france that incorporates soul/disco influences
@xRetroismx: i have to disagree being as the term "french house" was coined in the mid 90's whereas "nu-disco" has only been around for 5 years or so. the more electro sounding stuff is actually called "french electro", not "french house". although there are some similarities, they are also distinctly different.
I went to see Alan Braxe in Van and got so tanked that I can barely remember it.

This is actually synth-pop. Sorry to be anal, but there is a difference.
Note the not so prominent use of filtering, and the eurovision-esque sytnh sounds.
Awesome stuff.
