If you want a easy trick for this stunt, take the NRG 500 and start the acceleration on the station quay. It will be more easy to accelerate and jump. ;)

No, you don't have to do them to get 100%. The unique stunt jumps do however show up in the statistics, so you can see how many you've found and how many you've completed, in case you like keeping track of that kind of stuff.

Where did you find that bike?

That bike, the PCJ-600, can be found pretty much anywhere in Los Santos. It spawns randomly on the streets, so just get any bike that looks like this one and check to see if it has the same name (sometimes it's a BF-400, which is not as good a bike).

Yes, it's a very good location. That NRG-500 in the garage building is available from the start of the game too.

If you have Ps2 version, while riding, tilt the left analog stick forward a little big so you can crouch and get faster

Doing the lean forward trick you should be gaining more speed while riding the bike before hitting the ramp and maintain a greater speed while in the air (you don't have to keep pressing the lean forward button/key while in the air though).

You should be able to complete this unique stunt jump with no bike skill at all as long as you do the lean forward trick to gain more speed.

Yeah, when you get CJ to stand up while on the bike you're pressing the right button/key. You need to press that button/key repeatedly though (several times per second) for it to make the bike go faster.

Well, in your situation even if the train had been able to use its horn to warn you you probably would've ended up dead anyway since it takes forever to get a train to stop.

You should be getting that "Unique Stunt Bonus" message when you have completed the jump.

To gain more speed, lean forward on the bike to gain more speed (press your "lean forward" button repeatedly). If you're using that technique and the NRG-500 bike you should be able to land safely at the top of that structure shown in the video.

There are three tips I can give you:

1) lean forward on the bike to gain more speed (press your "lean forward" button repeatedly),

2) lean backward on the bike just before you reach the ramp to launch into the air (press and hold the "lean backward" button for a short while - this will make your jump higher), and

3) get the NRG-500 motorbike from a multistory garage building northeast of CJ's house on Grove Street.

Yes, I was leaning forward in this video and most of the other unique stunt jump videos as well.

The NRG-500 is actually the best motorbike in the game, so I would suggest using that bike if you're having problems completing any of these jumps.

I use the w, s, a, d buttons to maneuver and the mouse for viewing. You can change the control settings to any buttons you prefer. I wouldn't say that it's hard to play on the pc, but on the other hand I have only played the game that way, so I wouldn't know if there's a big difference. I guess it's mostly a matter of getting used to it.
