I've celebrated, birthdays, Christmas, many holidays.. It's a thing called.. A conscience matter.. I know of people who celebrate such things, it isn't grounds for baptism, in some cases, grounds for reproof, never have I heard of people being threatened with expulsion.. It is a choice, we choose, because we simply do not see the point, Christmas for example.. A day of "gift giving" giving gifts shouldnt be a special occasion, it should be from the heart, if you expect a gift, it's not a gift..

I'm 18.. Been brought up as one of jehovahs witnesses.. He said he was 22 and he lost everything.. Yet he said "HE disassociated himself" he didn't lose anything, he GAVE everything up... I grew up in one of new zealands dangerous towns.. There you'll find, kids the age of 10 dealing drugs, you'll see murders, gang shoot outs, police drug raids, all in your own neighborhood.. I used to be a Jehovah's Witness, but I'm not even going to begin to throw the religion under a bus... Neither did I have anyone of them turn their backs on me... sounds like a personal problem.. Ok he says he lost everyone, how come that never happened with my family eventhough a few had left....I will always love my family no matter what. If he was told that in reality, his family and congregation probably were extremist. My aunt is an extremist and I did get angry when she told my mom my brothers life was lost when he joined the army. I'm 17 and I was raised as a JW. Even from an early age, I never really believed in "the Truth." I was treated differently because I dared to break their rules. I am considered an embarrassment to my family because I refuse to conform and because I refuse to be baptized. But this video gives me even more reason to rebel against their principles. I've celebrated, birthdays, Christmas, many holidays.. It's a thing called.. A conscience matter.. I know of people who celebrate such things, it isn't grounds for baptism, in some cases, grounds for reproof, never have I heard of people being threatened with expulsion.. It is a choice, we choose, because we simply do not see the point, Christmas for example.. A day of "gift giving" giving gifts shouldnt be a special occasion, it should be from the heart, if you expect a gift, it's not a gift..

I'm 18.. Been brought up as one of jehovahs witnesses.. He said he was 22 and he lost everything.. Yet he said "HE disassociated himself" he didn't lose anything, he GAVE everything up... I grew up in one of new zealands dangerous towns.. There you'll find, kids the age of 10 dealing drugs, you'll see murders, gang shoot outs, police drug raids, all in your own neighborhood.. I used to be a Jehovah's Witness, but I'm not even going to begin to throw the religion under a bus... Neither did I have anyone of them turn their backs on me... sounds like a personal problem.. Your just a very angry person it seems.. Maybe you should work at keeping yourself happy and not trying to bash people for their decisions in a religion.. Ok he says he lost everyone, how come that never happened with my family eventhough a few had left....I will always love my family no matter what. If he was told that in reality, his family and congregation probably were extremist. My aunt is an extremist and I did get angry when she told my mom my brothers life was lost when he joined the army. I am the Jehova's Wintness and one thing what I've seen on all of the youtube's vlogs about ,,why I left the JW" was no an doctrinal matters like trinity, the divine mother or the name of God but resulted from the fact that people do not want to obey the rules or something unpleasant happened to them and decided to leave organisation but really it did not have much impact on their decision to left JW.

I'm 17 and I was raised as a JW. Even from an early age, I never really believed in "the Truth." I was treated differently because I dared to break their rules. I am considered an embarrassment to my family because I refuse to conform and because I refuse to be baptized. But this video gives me even more reason to rebel against their principles. Not ALL will be resurrected, righteous and unrighteous will be resurrected. Unrighteous meaning ppl who have a good heart and wanted to find the true religion but never had the chance. This is judgment day, not a literal day but a thousand years, because as u knw, found in the scriptures, it says a day to Jehovah is a thousand years to man. This is where the second death comes in. During those thousand years, because Satan wont be able to tempt us, we will gradually be brought back to perfection. JW denies the deity of Christ, His physical resurrection, and salvation by grace.
Replace it with "science" - Watchtower literature, made adequate changes at Bible. JW destroy the doctrine of Christianity. Consider JC as bum ,rejects its deity and PHISICAL resurection and salvation by grace.
By doctrine JC was born as god , acted as such , and become god at heaven as His Father , paid all our sinns with sacrifiyng His life. Eretic is to change that.

Jesus is in subjection only to God. 1cor 15:28 etc.....
Jesus paid the ransom sacrifice by giving his perfect life for all mankind.

im not a jw but i lived w/my grandmother who is for a year. me n u hav the same issue. a few things they dont accept, i feel they suld b accepted. such as tattoos n brightly colored hair. my grandmother banned me from the computer, watching certain disney movies, video games, n certain tv commercials. but another jw that i knew uses a computer all the time n another jw had a harry potter movie. sum r really strict while others arnt. nywy im very srry 4 ur lost :(
