There are so many different ways to draw eyes, a lot of them, regardless of western or eastern influence, are incredibly similar. Dopy or cartoony or cute eyes are pretty different for the most part in western or anime styles, but the more you come closer to being more serious the more similar they become. Not entirely but you know.

i dont think any of these are particularly anime, its just that there are a lot of drawing ppl on expert village and the"drawing Anime & Cartoon" part is just there to signify that it is him u are looking at and not another artist on the same channel

Actually there are lots of different anime styles, not just one. There are lots of animes that use human eyes, or have some of their characters have human eyes, like hellsing. Go read more manga and watch more anime before you go and criticize people.
