The european expansion through both Americas surpass all genocides before and since in scale. There used to be millions of natives with nations and empires like everywhere else, today the few survivors are concentrated into reservations (poorest places in the states) Bibles, bullets, slaveships, etc. Israel's attitude is the same, they say Palestinians are savages/terrorists and their own people are refugees worthy of pity.

Yes, what happened to the Native Americans sucked. And I support justice for them. They have sovereign rights on their land, and I support developing their economies and helping them. The past can't be changed, all we can do is make things better from here on out.

All cultures have done it, and Arabs are no different. In fact, Palestinians used to speak Aramaic.

The crusaders' idea of spreading religion was murdering everyone that practiced another religion. Hitler is concluded. Muhammad(SAAS) spread Islam by teaching and preaching, among other things.

The colonization of N. America did "suck", leaving 2.5 million of god knows how many "indians"

The Islam is not perfect, no one is, even not the prophet Muhammad. Looing back at history and saying he was better than him etc is always wrong and will lead to unsolveable arguements. We need to look to the past and learn from it, not get emotionally attached to it. We are supposed to accept the fact that our history is shared. There is no difference between a Jew and an Arab, Muslim or Christian. Peace.
