i had a collie for 15 years, great dogs!!! My sister always called her pencil head, for obvious reasons. She was MY beautiful "pencil head". She gone now from old age. But ill always remember the amazing and ever loyal, collie.

i have a blue merle rough collie, she always barks.. does anyone no how to stop them barkin :) .. and when she gets excited she end up nipping .. Arghh !!!

You need to watch the "Dog Whisperer"....he has technics that will help you. When my Collie does something I don't want...I simply have no emotion...but grap her by the scruff of her neck and lay her down...(gently) in a "submission" position and simply hold my finger up and say..."no". But you can't have anger or emotion...just do it. It is amazing on how the dog will respond again simply with a finger held up. You have to do it again and again for it to stick.

my dog does the same thing. you can try buying bark collars If that dont work you can have them trained not to bark at a dog training center doesnt cost that much.

I have a blue merle rought collie with bi eyes.

He is beautiful but really dominant and full of energy. Not the best combination but i walk him 4 times a day to try to keep him happy. He also pretty nippy but since collies are herding dogs its natural for a lot of them to do that i guess lol!
