Actually, the "safety" is called, mostly, PK Roll. and you roll over shoulder, not head.

its a good tutorial but the safety roll DO NOT do it you can get really hurt you have to roll from your shoulder to your opposite hip, or else its good :D

u shouldve included the monkey vault first b4 the kong. practicing the monkey will prep your body in moving towards the kong. once they get over the monkey tht fear of diving full body forward wont be so intimidating when practicing it. But besides tht GREAT vid.=D love the animation display of how to do it.

@charliebrown77715 Try developing your monkey first b4 the kong. just use a ledge(say at least chest or shoulder height ) to practice jumping and using your wrist to keep momentum of the jump and land on top of the ledge.
