c4 is on half of my classes....claymores on the rest apart from throwing knife on a sniper, i hardly ever see people using c4...but the fact you can choose when to detonate it makes it the best lethal if you ask me

What you didnt go over is a tactic where you can throw C4 in the ceiling, and soundwhore the bomb. If the C4 is on the ceiling it is well hidden, and will less likely be discovered by an enemy.

Hey just a question, wherever i use c4 on defense i tend to plant it on cars, so it causes a larger explosion... but from what you say it has a large explosion anyway. Is the explosion from a vehicle larger than the normal c4? I generally play hardcore search so the kill radius is pretty big anyway. Thanks

I use the C4 most of the times when playing SnD but lately I've been using it with the sniper too.... It is extremely useful with the sniper...Imagine you miss the shot and therefore you have been exposed and you need to act fast...sometimes switching to the secondary isn't fast or effective enough so throwing a C4 is great!

On the attacking team I always use C4, but when defending I tend to use Claymores instead, because they can act like sentry-guards, whereas C4 doesn't let you know where the enemy is coming from.

What about luring with C4? When I used it in other cod games, I would sometimes shoot an unsilenced weapon to attract the enemies attention and I would blow it up when they came round the corner. The fast detonate time is also good so it can be used to cover your back. If you are camping it out on defence you can place C4 somewhere behind you so if you take damage from behind you can detonate it and it will blow up before you die.

What do you mean in the bomb? That thing you just put the C4 in is not the bomb.

Try putting the C4 in the actual bomb, it is more likely they wont see it there, because they dont really look down when they go towards a bomb site, and it willl be exactly where the enemy is in case they try a fake defuse, you can still get them.

I've been using C4 on all my classes since I unlocked it... I think (imo) it's worth spending a token on because the other lethals are really pitiful. It really baffles me that no one else uses the C4 - I never see ANYONE use it. makes me laugh when I get a double/triple.

the only downside to c4 is the glitch where if an enemie is next to a wall, the wall absorbs all the damage and u dont even get a hitmarker. still greatest lethal grenade, bought it with 3rd prestige and am inside top 1000 for most c4 kills
