Its always been legal with a permit. Its not very hard . Take the classes n pay the fees .. U can get silencers tooo .. Will makes the best .. And they are in Baton Rouge, LA.. Its legal here for all good stuff with ur Federal permit n bamm u can get one.. May not be legal in all 50 states so chk ur local laws .. Here in Louisiana its all good ,...
