@someperson319 i think this shot is a bad example, this isn't an ideal position to hit a slice, he's not leaning into it, he's probably caught a little to close to the ball, im sure you could find plenty examples of him executing good slices now, for example this year's AO.
Only problem is he finishes a bit too high. If he was playing a defensive slice it's a good follow through, but on a neutral or aggressive slice, he should be finishing lower to really knife the ball.
Funny that you say that because the spin is actually not changing, it stays the same. When he would hit a topspin backhand it would change the spin motion of the ball. Topspin to topspin changes the direction of the spinning motion and so does slice to slice, but this is topspin to slice which does not change the direction of how the ball is spinning.

roddick slice = floater he puts too much spin on it, he "chops" down, instead of down/forward toward target , look at fed's slice ull see what i mean
