Can you have more than two weights on the key? I've never used one but it looks like the additional weights slow it down. Looks like a device for experts only!
What a great key. The invention of semi-automatic keys must have been a real godsend to the guys back in the early days, who had to be sending morse every day for hours on end.
After watchin/listening it has motivated me to learn the code. I only know 10 letters and all the numbers but at 15wpm. Hope to be good one day. Thanks for the demo.
Nice video, but try rocking your hand back and forth as apposed to pivoting your wrist left and right if that makes any sense. Lol. That will help you "swing" the dits and dashes together a lot smoother as apposed to sounding choppy. Cheers!
Nice rhythm. Seriously, I have heard more hams mess up CW with a bug. Nice bug too!

Yes, the position of the weights change the transmission speed. It works as a pendulum.
I saw a Vibroplex key with a third weight, but i think that is more appropriate
to insert a varispeed like in this video:
Vibroplex Flat Arm Vari-Speed (by nzeronv) (in youtube)
Here is a video for a correct adjustment and use of a Vibroplex key:

Muy buena llave! Tuve el gusto de operar un Vibroplex idéntico antes de pasarme a la Bencher de Chicago. Felicitaciones!
