People who likes him and wonder what he has become, he's in Brown Brigade, was the lead guitarist then singer and now just the lead guitarist again, but this band is no more his own focus, he focus on The Organ Thieves, band he's in with the other Brown Brigade's guitarist.

They released an EP in 2009 which is fucking awesome and now they're working on their 1st album with.... Greig Nori as producer ! (The singer/guitarist from Treble Charger and especially the guy who produced 3 Sum's albums!)

Dave is a very good guitarist, but he doesnt make anything too complicated. he doesnt try to make ridiculous riffs and solos. he makes simple riffs and solos that are rather easy to play that actually sound fucking awesome

this guy was the only real talent that sum 41 had, I don't really like pop punk bands but he caught my intrest when i heard pain for pleasure then I officially became a fan when I heard still waiting and later we are all to blame, not a huge fan of sum41 but this guy made a decent band out of them breifly

cone is an awesome bass player, stevo is one hell of a drummer, and deryck is an amazing singer and songwriter and pretty good at the guitar for a rhythm guitar player.

deryck uses a custom 1972 tele with 2 seymore duncan pickups one is unwired the jb duncan in the neck i think, dave;s is a custom prs, he loves those guitars he generally uses the prs 24 mccarty to record, but he obvi uses sevreal diff to even rocord one song let alone an album, dave used to use a mesa boogie dual rec , now he uses a soldan slo100 (best lead amp out there) deryck uses a diezel einstein amp live, just so you know

PRS made that custom for him, it has no neck pick as mabye you seen he cuts out the neck on almost all his gig guitars as he always uses the bridge pickup. Deryck's is a custom paint Fender Telecaster Deluxe if any1 wanted to know.
