@akbrown15 The GOP doesn't like Ron Paul because of his isolationist foreign policy, which is "leave them alone and they won't bother us". Ron Paul stated years ago, that he only ran as a Republican for his Congressional seat in Tx, was because he knew he couldn't be elected as a Libertarian. There are stark differences between him and the Tea Party, though they agree on most things. The biggest difference is support of Israel, which he does not.
