This song is my favourite song of all time. For some reason, it just perfectly fits so many moments in my life. Like when i went to boarding school when i was 10, and just wanted to go HOME. When my brother said goodbye to me for 6 months to go to Afghanistan, only last week, and how i just wanted him to come HOME, and not to leave at all. The list could go on. I don't know exactly why this song means so much to me, and I guess it doesn't have to.. it's beautiful all by itself.

Dave Grohl is one talented man. Great song writer, amazing drummer who can pound the drums, Guitarest, Piano, and can play the bass, as well as write inspiring and beautiful lyrics.. Dave Grohl, never leave us.

The 39 people who disliked this video are entitled to their opinion, but its a shame it has to be such a shallow one. Its obvious that Dave put his soul into the writing of this song. I saw a video of him rehearsing this in his home...made me reach a whole new level of respect for him, and I understand this song so much more. When you spend so much time touring, on the road and away from your family...your audience sustains you while you're onstage,but afterwards you long to be home. Rock On FF!
