This is so true. We taureans take things a bit slow and do it in a way that works for us. Don't like to be rushed. We make plans for our future and put em together like a puzzle picture, piece by piece. We are also reliable and give respect to the ones that respect us. It's really really hard for people to make us angry, but I've seen myself at my worst. And trust me, you don't want to see pure destruction. But lets not forget that ascendants also play big role in our character.

So to say you are an "Aries" is just saying where the sun was when you were born (although if you use western you're probably wrong, it was in Pisces) and that has in some cases little affect on who you are. You're a Taurus if you were born late May-mid June. Western/Tropical Astrology is no way to define your sun sign. I'm June 2, and I'm a Taurus, because the sun was physically in Taurus when I was born. It wasn't in Gemini, like Tropical would have you believe. May 18th Taurus here. It's odd, I was in a fight once, and despite being extremely bloody I continued to fight and didn't give up.. Eventually the guy ran and I let him go, but I never gave in. I am a TAURUS and you are correct. We have slow tempers but don.t piss us off! I have told many people that I am the nicest guy you will ever meet until you make me mad or try to hurt someone or something I care about. When I was18, my next-door neighbor tried to shoot my dog when he was running OUT of his yard. I beat him like a rented mule! The cops showed up and pulled me off that dickhead!

This is so true. We taureans take things a bit slow and do it in a way that works for us. Don't like to be rushed. We make plans for our future and put em together like a puzzle picture, piece by piece. We are also reliable and give respect to the ones that respect us. It's really really hard for people to make us angry, but I've seen myself at my worst. And trust me, you don't want to see pure destruction. But lets not forget that ascendants also play big role in our character.

@PicturesForMyMom and the angles, trines, conjunctions, relations between each planet etc. are also a huge part of it. So to say you are an "Aries" is just saying where the sun was when you were born (although if you use western you're probably wrong, it was in Pisces) and that has in some cases little affect on who you are. Your chart is most important - the planets and angles, etc. I suggest you start with a Beginner's book. Good day :)

No wonder scientists hate astrology - because most of the world thinks the suns placed where it really isn't. The zodiac has been shifted for a long time, but it is biased, close-minded, and unyielding people like you who keep westerners from seeing the truth. Do you know that your precious western system was founded by where the earth was in relation to the stars 2,000+ years ago? Do you know that the signs derive their characteristics from the fixed constellations? How do you people not see the logic behind this - the vernal equinox, which I think you were alluding to, that star is not in..

You're a Taurus if you were born late May-mid June. Western/Tropical Astrology is no way to define your sun sign. I'm June 2, and I'm a Taurus, because the sun was physically in Taurus when I was born. It wasn't in Gemini, like Tropical would have you believe. And it's funny because I never quite felt like a Gemini. Taurus fits so much better. Check out Sidereal astrology for your real sign.

@One1egendary Yeah, that's what I'm saying. I'm surprised you could comprehend what I even said. Lesson 1: you cannot tell what sign somebody is from a video or post. The stars will tell you that. You also cannot put so much emphasis on your sun sign. Everyone's chart is different, and the western system is off by 24 degrees in reality. I don't know why I wasted my time trying to make sense to such a hot headed Aries, Mr. May 2. By real life measurements, you are not a Taurus. Thank god.

Besides, If you say you're a Gemini you're likely to be an air sign. Taurus are earth sign i.e. "down to earth" (along with virgo and capricorn.) Do your homework before being so fucking gullible.

May 18th Taurus here. It's odd, I was in a fight once, and despite being extremely bloody I continued to fight and didn't give up.. Eventually the guy ran and I let him go, but I never gave in. I felt I had a good bit left in me too. I had him pinned on the ground half the time punching him in the face. Funny thing was, is that I was calm the whole time.. If I was angry I think I could've killed him. It just all reminds me of a bull in a way.

I realized that Tauruses are VERY materialistic in many aspects of their life. They mostly think about possessions like Money, mansions, cars, pleasures, but don't bother to get rid of the hard things out of the way first. Don't get me wrong, I've met SOME Taurians who are wise and have a lot going on in their life, but for the most part, these are the type of peopl that came and went in my life. @pikhty yep. I can hear taurus in someone's voice. My voice is pretty deep, and I have 2nd house (taurus' house, long story if you don't know astrology) in the same as my 1st house (ascendant) which means I have a Taurus influenec to my exterior. Ear nose and neck/throat issues ive had all my life. Stubborn as hell. . But Taurus people have distinct voices or loud voices or people with Taurus in the right places in their chart have also have that. Like me. Im Scorpio,Taurean influence.

Oh, this is SOOOOO true. I'm a Sagittarius and my mother is a Taurus, and I WISH I'd seen this before, when I was growing up and lived with my parents. My mother and I clashed big time. Funny enough, we are MUCH closer now, because I know how to handle Taurus now, and what not to take to heart. Even funnier is that my Dad is ALSO a Sagittarius; and he and my mother have a very interesting (can't call it 'good' or 'bad') relationship dynamic.

I have a couple friends that r taurus & they r loyal 2 the end. This is the best earth sign 2 be around they don't pick u apart like a virgo & they aren't seculsive like a capricorn. These people r patient & very tolerant of others. That's y i like this earth sign the most. Taurus r friendly people & can become possessive of their things. But overall u will have a friend 4 life.
