@jerzielynne the increase on ANY pattern is always 2 stiches into the same stich .. unless stated in a pattern :)

thanks clare, with this and the basic beannie i have a hole where i have joined the first round of 6 to the first stich, the hole is where the chain two is and since we only do 6 hdc it does not make it around to the first stich therefore makeing a hole. what do i need to do differently?

@jimRYE4789 HI there, start with 12 stitches instead of 6 and this will close up the gap. let me know if this helps you :)
