"Kozy" people. You my friend are ignorant. I lived in those apartments with my mother for a few months and half of the "Kozy people" (the people you saw hanging outside of the building) did not even live in that place. They were people who enjoyed the bar. And for someone who volunteers at a soup kitchen you think you would have a little more heart and not be so judgmental calling people dirty, But pat yourself on the back for posting rude comments about people's homes burning down. I agree.... I used to do community service at the Union Gospel Mission... I would walk pass that bar everyday... "Kozy" people were outside early in the morning and pretty much the whole day bumming cigs or money... Drunk, dirty, fighting, selling whatever... You could actually smell the bar outside the bar... Beer and pee... The whole building; inside and out; is nasty... Bar and apartments.... And "Yes" I've been in both...

LOL. Been wondering when this place would burn down for the last 30 years now. It has always been a blemish to the city of Duluth.. Good riddance!
