In the sleep thing... I have a question, I always sleep about 12 - 1 am, and wake up between 7 - 8 am, because I have a job. It's not like I love to wake up early or sleeping too late, but I can't get sleepy before and I naturally (with no alarms) wake up at that time. What does that means and how it affects me?

It does, but you have to be consuming a shit load of it for it to impact you negatively. I use soy milk use a day after my workout with protein powder because milk needs to be kept cool constantly. To much of anything is a bad thing.
well you dont need 8 hours of sleep when your cuttet, bodybuilders only sleep 8 hourse or more when there bulked, the body doesent need 8 when cuttet, no offence but when you said "high quality sleep" i kinda laughed :P
