He should do one last show with Creedence. There was no reason for him to break up the band in 72 just because Doug and Stu wanted to write a couple of songs. If he had sang the songs they wrote for Mardi Gras, and filled out the LP with some of the Blue Ridge Ranger songs, it would have been a better album and CCR could have continued on.
