  • THIS IS A VERY NICE VIDEO as both Kevin and keith work in a PERFECT TECHNIC! As for the barbell curls in the squat rack I do this for ten years because its very comfortable. I put between 60 and 70 pounds very concentrated. And very often I do it in combined set with seated hammer curls, done immediately after!!!! DOING BICEPS CURLS in the squat rack I really loved it, that I am not the only one doing it!!! Some people in the gym laugh when I do it, now I am sure I am right!!

Basically its always theory when it comes to form, executing the exercise right and providing the most tension on muscle fibers to exhaust them to recruit more. A lot of people cannot consider themselves athletes in the realm of bodybuilding due to the fact that they don't have the understanding of the basic science of it. in 2012 I'm gonna devote a channel base of the thorough breakdown of it.

  • @ENTaIWAnYCE .. let me tell you straight .. ive smoked weed for years and have gone from around 160lbs -190lbs in 4-5 years natural bodybuilding , pretty much the same fat level too . I DEFINATELY gain better when im not smoking . I dont smoke much now , just a little before bed and tiny amounts in a bong . Its your choice .. gain faster or gain slower and maybe even get fatter through slack eating . However used at just the right time , weed can help relax you ... or focus ( if in the gym )

When you do curls, try to angle your arms a little bit more, and extend them a little more, even if you have to use less weight, then as you add more weight for the next sets, your forms will naturally get a little crappier. I helped a dude train at the gym today, and he'd never felt the bis before as much as doing it like this. I dig the vids, brahs!
