I put between 60 and 70 pounds very concentrated. And very often I do it in combined set with seated hammer curls, done immediately after!!!! Its your choice .. gain faster or gain slower and maybe even get fatter through slack eating . However used at just the right time , weed can help relax you ... or focus ( if in the gym )

When you do curls, try to angle your arms a little bit more, and extend them a little more, even if you have to use less weight, then as you add more weight for the next sets, your forms will naturally get a little crappier. the most ive done on t bar rows is 170lbs x 12-15 reps u thinks thats good and im 5'6 155lbs

Anyone here even know the full range of motion for the "bicep" muscle? A fully shortened/lengthened bicep? It makes a huge difference once you learn the bio mechanics of each muscle, if anyone can get my question right on what the full range of motion for the bicep muscle is, fully shorten(contracted, lenthened(stretch), and the range of motion in between, if anyone can get that right, ill give you 2 months worth AX's newest product named Supersize!!!!
