I learnt something bu he should a went straight to the point only the last 3 minutes is what i needed.

But u can meditate when u on the bus, the train, doing the dishes, lying down, in addition to a time set aside.

Imitate the Jews the Nazarite Jews, their meditation is the sort that Paul and the Apostles would have done and Jesus. It might look funny but when done in the spirit and not in the flesh (as they do it- the ones who dont believe Jesus) it is wonder working.
