The 3D module is not installed by default (and it is not free). If you want to try it, uninstall the app and then install it again and enable it during the installation.

thats entirely up to you. it does not influence the 3D model, the name only serves you to better understand what should the component represent

click the shape then there will be a weel-like thing. click the center of it and move it.

I know, the resolution of the video is too low, but it cannot be higher n youtube. I'll add voice next time. For not, it helps to download the final files and try to duplicate the work while watching the video. If you do not see, what exactly is typed, look in the reference file.
