I find this very helpful. Thanks for making this! :D Sniper's my favorite class, but I still need to get better playing him. Sometimes I panic and spaz and start shooting erratically. >: And where do I find Sniper-only servers? I didn't think there was such a thing. :B

I HATED sniper only games (or "Sniper War") back in TFC! All snipers ever did back then was counter snipe each other (tf2 2fort is rife with the same thing). What's worse, they'd encourage everyone on the server to join them. Some of came to play the game and win the match, not take pot shots at each other.

when you said when there is a huntsman sniper the one with the rifle will win i got a little pissed im great with the huntsman and iv takin out alot of normal snipers with the machina or the rifle with my huntsman i dont like being scoped it makes me feel blind with the huntsman im more free

it's fun to snipe f2p noobs and listen to them say over the mic that you're using aimbot

for most classes, you just need to hit them....like the scout, another sniper, and spies....and if u hit well, pyro's, demomen, and soldiers.

1 last thing I love your Sniper v.s. Medic. If you see medic healing take them out ubercharged Heavy's, Soldiers, and demoman can be a real problem.

I've been watching Sniper, Say "Guides" and I have seen yours is one of the better in the "Pack" But what you have done with heavy is wrong in some ways.

1. Heavy will sometimes mean trouble, You need a fully charged headshot to defeat them.

2.If you dont get that, "1 shot kill" they tend to go for cover before you succed to pull off the finishing bullet(s)

3.And for me heavys are much smarter and take enclosed routes more of the time, not out in the open for snipers.

The main thing I enjoy doing is harassing the engie by destroying their building they are trying to set up xD. Even as a spy, I'll revolver a building that is being set up rather than stab-sap / sap-stab if I can shoot and get away with it :P.

This guide doesn't deal with rocket and sticky jumps, which is the best way for a soldier/demo to attack a sniper...but I guess that doesn't really happen much in most games.

I can aim fine, I just do it too slowly. Whenever I'm up head-to-head with another sniper I always get outdrawn. No guide will help me with that, only those stupid aimbots. :(

Awsome guide, but I'm not sure I agree with the part about demos, soldiers, and pyros all moving in the same pattern. The pyro part I agree with, but demos and soldiers can sticky/rocket jump. While demos don't use that too often in actual combat, soldiers definately do. A little coverage on predicting rocket jumps would have been cool. But awsome video never the less!

1 thing i disagree about this video, if theres a heavy/ medic you dotn always have to shoot the medic first, if say there the only people there and its a wide flat area with no cover and your backed up by your team its better to shoot the heavy first. your team can handle a lone medic better than a still overhealed heavy.

True, but if that Medic is seconds away from getting 100% Ubercharge or using a said Uber, you should kill him first. An Overhealed Heavy is scary, but anything Ubered is worse. At least from my experience.

@Scyfed Well, the other issue is that a Heavy cannot run away. A medic can. And a surviving medic can cause more pain than an overhealed heavy at the end of the day. (Kritz, Uber, etc.)
