Third have you heard of a case call OJ Simpson v The State of CA? There were enough idiots on that jury to get a flat out murderer off. Sorry Comrad, but if you believe that the U.S. justice system is such a failure then you don't believe in the U.S. as a nation. Hell, lets just do away with this awful justice system. Death penalty for traffic violations! After all, cops know the person is guilty that's why they take action - no need for any jury.
