  • I love your tutorial. Can you kindly tell me if it is better to stagger the 2 wefts on top of each other? I had heard that , that is the way to avoid bulk. Thank you for any help you can provide.

  • How do you make a clip in bang???

  • Heh, He said clippies.................

  • Best tutorial!!!! 10 *'s! How do I match my hair if the lighting is off?

  • Thanks so much. I tried doing this the other way and it was very difficult.

  • I just found this after making the first large piece. I had no problem sewing two pieces together right through the seam area (weft?). If you can blind-stitch, it's easy. Guess I'm too OCD to do it like this. I actually sewed the top of the seam on the second piece to the BOTTOM of the seam on the first to keep it from being too thin.

  • how do you sew the wefts together without becoming too bulky?....What i mean by this is.....the hair on each weft is not very thick...So, i thought of sewing the two wefts together as shown here. Only problem is, sewing the two wefts together tends to make the track on the weft way too thick and it ends up showing up under my hair....Help??

  • Great Work Naked hair dresser.

Do you have any advice on how to minimize weave threading. (Where the hair keeps on pulling out of the weave over time)

    Have a lovely weekend ~Sophie from Africa~

  • What about using Velcro tape instead? Just cut to side, that way the clips can be removed from one set to another if need be. No sewing, just pull from one set to another?? Has anyone done this? ... I hate sewing! lol!

  • @rainslave if you're talking about using velco to attach the clips, i guess you could attempt it but if you are wearing the extensions and they get snagged on something a velco would probably come off a lot more easily then one that is sew on.

  • what if i want extensions at the back of my head braided?

  • Brb getting my extentions now ;D Haha

  • please, can someone help me.

when i buy hait weft, for example, milky way, Sensationnel, Outre,....

    what's the width of the weft? 70 '' ?

  • i think sewing through tha track is better than sewing around it. if u sew around it , itll come off and then everyone 'll see tha weave er w/e ur using .

  • muy bien pero se ocultaria mejor con hilo mas obscuro

  • @ajerao estoy segura que lo hizo con un hilo claro, para que pueda contrastar con el cabello y asi nosotros podamos verlo :)

  • In sewing it is traditionally called a lock stitch.

  • I make long track weft extensions

With materials using fabric andnatural human hair

    and it is fabulous!

  • This seems really difficult in this vid i've seen better...

  • Awesome instructional video!

  • i wished i could make my own hair,estensions....I haved my hair almost to my knees and I cut and still keep the tail and I would like to transform in extensions but I do not know how? advice something?

  • u WILL NEED A WEFTING MACHINE OR YOU CAN TAKE IT TO A BEAUTY SUPPLY STORE THAT CAN WEFT IT FOR YOU

  • There are several vids on youtube showing you different ways. You can just sew it in a sewing machine or you can tie them. Just look up "how to make weft hair"

    or hair wefts.

  • Get a fabric and long natural human hair,

    sew it over and over

    then it works!

  • offcially rule!

  • Great and informative video. I really learned a lot about making my own clip-on/in extensions. Its a lot more cost effective to make your own (if you have the ability/time) than to buy them already made in some instances. Thanks for the vid!

  • i've made my own extensions but it never dawned on me to sew AROUND the weft & not through it! thanks for this video, it really helped

  • How long are you supposed to know how wide to cut the extension?

  • i have the extitions but they are not on a track

  • very helpfull..........tnx

  • thank you so much! this was the best tutorial on making extensions!

  • It's the best tutorial in you tube about how to make clip in hair extensions! I really learned! But I have a question: I already bought my weft, but I don't know how many "tracks" of hair should I get from it. What do you recommend me? Should I cut 3 large ones and 2 small ones? How many inches? Please help me.

  • @MeLiSsSsA83 Another video I watched said to measure your head where you want to put the extensions, and cut the weft according to that measurement. Hope that helps.....

  • wow you are amazing!

im def. gonna try this thanks so much

really awesome video and easy instructions
