I love Peter, but he is just getting on my nerves every time he tries to make people notice him while Dudley is doing something great.

Sorry - in my opinion, far from Peter Cook being "amazing" and "hilarious", I think he was being his usual jealous self in his upstaging and scene-stealing of Dudley Moore. Hats off to Dudley for being gracious and not distracted.
