  • The reason People think Walt Disney haunts the 5th floor is because it is inspired by The Hollywood Tower and at that hotel it is said that many people see ghost of famous people that are now dead that stayed there and they are mainly seen on the 5th floor to be honest i'm not for sure if this is true I was told this but i'm pretty sure but it is inspired by The Hollywood Tower = D so I hope this helps and if there comments scare you try reading this comment because it might help : )

  • theirs a difference between the a digital peppers ghost and a manual. A manual has a idom thats reflect and a digigal is comming from screen thats that picket up by the glass. The windows in the back is a big screen with a projecor behind it. If you want to do that at home prject a image on the back of a bed sheet and you can the it still on the other side. thats how the windows in the back works haha

  • Wait... So if u step on the carpet it drops you 25 feet?

  • what tower is that on? how many fllorrs arethey up? thanks.

  • @ToontownVlog Walk on the tile thats around the rug!!

  • I been on the Tower of Terror except it did not break down. :( I WISH IT BROKE DOWN WHILE I WAS ON IT) :(

  • dude u luky u got out

  • @Mattrcf117 They most likely had the other elevator systems shut down for refurbishments or repairs for YOUR safety. Also, the ride system has 2 levels with multiple elevators on each loading level, so what appears to be just one system running to you may not be actually just one. So wait... you hate Disney for keeping you safe and frequently refurbishing the rides to keep them running top quality?

  • love the decour of the place! sucks that the ride stoped!

  • Why do disney rides always break down?

  • @Thehumornetwork Cause the ride computers are a pain in the ars !!

  • @Thehumornetwork they don't "always" break down. But when a ride is running for at least 10 hours constantly 365 days a year, it is going to have frequent break downs and no maintenance checks and refurbishments can prevent that. Yes, they break down. But imagine every day that they don't break down.

  • did you find pepper's ghost?

  • At least u got stuck in the right place

  • how did you get out, there's a wall in front of the doors

  • @1996Coaster maybe it broke when the elevator doors opened

  • LOL, break open the doors sounds like super man or some other crap! XD

  • It's a forced perspective, the hallway get smaller and smaller as it moves down. They also use the peppers ghost for the ghost scene.

  • I have heard stories that Walt Disney still haunts the 5th floor at night!!! But I have NEVER been to Disney Land!!!

  • @batman88891 he doesn't haunt the 5th floor of the ride, he died in florida during the construction if the magic kingdom

  • thats really cool seeing all the behind the scenes stuff...that would terrify me though if i was on it and it broke down!

  • thats soooo cool! u guys got to go into the hall that has the ghost projections in it!!

  • First floor! Room 100 to 199 lol

  • my friend called me while he was on this. in his pic, everybody was scared and he was on the phone. it was great

  • u know that ride ride acctually used to be the hotel were the cast of disney stayed when walt disney was alive. whaen he died they turned it into a ride. when my friend and me went on that ride, it broke down and we were on the 5 floor and we saw walt disney"s room. it was so creepy since it was coverd in cob webs

  • @legojeffhardy no it wasnt

  • @thespy672 yeah it was i fully asked the guy himself. before it was bigger though

  • @legojeffhardy it couldn't cuz disneyland california adventure didnt open till 2001

  • @legojeffhardy That was the castle in Magic Kingdom.

  • @legojeffhardy BS. (:

  • @legojeffhardy no that is not true. it designed to be a ride.

  • @legojeffhardy no it wasn't. it was always a ride. there are no 'floors' with rooms. It was opened July 22, 1994.

    According to Wikipedia:

"The attraction takes place in the fictional Hollywood Tower Hotel (itself inspired by the Hollywood Tower, named a historic landmark by the US Department of the Interior)."

  • @legojeffhardy That would be pretty difficult considering the entire structure was built in the early '90s and opened as a ride in 1994.

  • @legojeffhardy Who ever told you this pulled a fast one, there are even construction photos. The building was entirely built for this attraction the only things the building houses besides the ride is break rooms, sub station and storage. Just from looking at the building one can figure this out, where tower E and F are(the drop towers) the building is only as big as the towers. NEVER WAS IT A LIVABLE SPACE.

  • @legojeffhardy not true

  • @legojeffhardy That's such a lie. Walt Disney was originally planned to stay in the top of Cinderella's Castle but he died before it was built. Smart one. Walt Disney died before Hollywood Studios was even in planning. Hollywood Studios was the third park and Walt died before Magic Kingdom even opened. The hotel was specifically built for THIS attraction. You can't just build a ride like this into a hotel.

  • i didnt know the floor was actully real!!!!

  • what happens when you step on the rug?

  • @joshualiu1993 nothing - its just that there are fiber-optics in it - he said so himself... :)

  • that's so awesome

  • I was there in 2009! Also, after we went up and down, the ride went backwards and in 3 seconds, the ride stopped for 50 seconds and it continued to the elevator doors. the next day, the Hollywood tower hotel was closed all day.

  • 0:17 So that's what the first floor looks like?! I thought it was longer than that!

  • It is longer, there's just no light on the back section of the hallway. The part that looks like the end in this vid is actually a piece of glass (usually invisible) halfway through the hallway that the ghosts appear on. Awesome to see a vid where they actually captured it!!

  • @bluethunder25 nope. everything beyond that is a projection on glass :)

  • @bluethunder25 um, it KINDA is....... o3o

  • @bluethunder25 its an ilusion it is longer than that but the lightes are on you see theres a peice of glass right there they project the ghost on

  • you cant film while riding? Many people do anyway.

  • @patricknedz well you cant film when you like, going backstage.

  • @patricknedz DUDE DONT!

my older brother threw his bag up and it broke the TOT

and then there were 4 cameras on 1 floor!

  • @patricknedz They let you film. The only part you can't film is the TV part in the library room, for copyright reasons. The Twilight Zone are real strict about their stuff.

  • are you not allowd to take pictures while riding? or only for the part where they took you?

  • this is pretty sweet...never broken down on this ride but did you get to like walk into that room and leave through those exit doors?

  • wow its weired how it looks in the light... we always brake down there but we never got evacuated...thanks for sharring!
