Hey wanted to chime in on the discussion being had, its refreshing to see people actually talking instead of yelling back and forth at each other. As far as the Bible being "fictional" there are a lot more resources to back up its writings than resources for books on Socrates, Plato, Aristotle. For the most part, people take those as fact. If you are interested in religion you should pick up a Bible and give it a read. Glad to see people being civil in comments :)

I know they are Christian and I have no problem with that :D I meant as a child I never believed in God but it was pushed into me which made me resent it even more as a personal thing. I like his videos as he is a good speaker , and seems to have a good relationship with his God , I'm just fascinated with this religion which has captured the lives of millions of people . Im not hating on this guy I just dont think I could love someone this preoccupied with a higher entity if you get me ?

Well I know a lot of people who have a deep and profound belief in God and I am great friends with them which is great as it shows that we can be great friends but choose to be different in our religion . But on another note I happen to not get along with friends/family members due to me being an athiest and some of them have totally discarded which is hard for me to wrap my head around :( But if religion does it for you , great. I am young yet (18) and maybe my world view will differ with age:)
