Go on the options menu... then there should be an option that says character gallery.. click that.

Then there will be like 150 little squares with the characters profiles on them, yet some of them are empty... all u need to do is highlight the squares which do NOT have a character on it.. and some text will scroll across telling you how to unlock it... thats how u no how to get the characters... hope sum1 agrees

Personally, I feel that if you took out the Little Sisters then Bioshock (it came out two years after TS3, suspicious...) would be nothing more than the Timesplitters level "You Take the High Road," of course, with the absence of awesome TIME TRAVELING. I mean the whole level takes place in 1924 in an underground underwater city with retro weapons and steam punkish robots. Every level in Timesplitters could be its own game because they are all so awesome! Long live TS!
