No flight I been to flight attendance distinguish nationalities and treat them accordingly. They simply have no time to do that. Only exception I seen is Business class at SIA for Caucasian expats who often gets slightly more friendlier treatment.

Singapore is my airline to Asia. Austrailla is Qantas. Korean Air is to Korea and KLM is more Europe. Canda and South America I choose American Airlines. Flying around the United States if it lets me...Southwest. Or Ameican. Like if Im flying to Lexington Ky I choose American but if I fly into Louisville I choose Southwest. I live in Dallas. Southwest and American are Dallas' airlines.

I've flown on SIngapore airlines from New York (JFK) to Frankfurt... one of the best flights on economy i ever had.. Austrian Austrian Airlines Still has the Best economy in my opinion! ( Only traveling out of Vienna) It must be the Austrian Catering service. Because traveling on Austrian from JFK to Vienna is horrible... while boarding you see the Sky Chefs truck loading up the Crap!!

I was giving china airlines a chance, I flew from Surabaya to Singapore and back, not happy about it. I know I bought the ticket cheap, but the treatment I got was sub par. Stewardess are "cold", rushing with serving food & blanket and hardly smile, offering help impatiently and chatting too much with colleagues instead of paying attention to passengers. Just bcos something is cheap in price shall not necessarily is low in quality. Worse, u cant even complain on their website!!!
