Hey man, I've often heard of Delta doing wrong by their customers, but this tops it! Reposted to FB for you, and I certainly will not fly with them in the future. Really hope this gets out and ppl start demanding better service from airlines; especially if they're going to overcharge us and rifle through our belongings anyway.

This is okay, I would say. The same thing happened to me but when I got back my stuff, I could see and feel rough, hard patches on my clothes and my gut feeling was that it was semen. The employees probably wiped off their body fluids with my clothes. I think, I should have also posted a video and taken the airlines to task.
This is insane, i hope that since the recording of this that Delta has done something to compensate you for this BS. I've heard of Delta doing some shady stuff before but this tops them all.

This happened to me as well. Lost my luggage for the entire length of my trip (to WI). When I got my luggage back, the baggage handlers had had a fun time emptying the entire contents of full sized shampoo, conditioner, and any other liquid items they could find, into the luggage interior. At least they didn't pee in mine. Rudeness of the Delta employees - one began yelling at me the next day when I drove back to the airport to inquire about my luggage. Hope you get some compensation!!
"Liking" this video is not liking what happened to him, but liking the fact that the video is posted and of interest to the public. We should all be posting the outrageous things big business tries to pull on us. Posting these videos give us, the little people, power to get them where it hurts...their wallet.

The inconvenience, the attitude, and the sheer nastiness of the offender calls for everything to be replaced as well as money for mental anguish. UGH! I feel very sorry you had to go through this.
