Awesome, awesome vid post. It makes me miss grade 7 & 8 doing Roman Greco. Loved it. They always put me against the biggest guy, 6'0, 180; me: 5'6 at 145lbs. I wupped his ass every single time: ) The advancement of the sport is incredible. Though, growing up on the streets... there are no rules. Knee to the nuts, hair pulling, any object in the area... Shit can go sideways real quick. The fundamentals taught in this vid help us to excercise, protect our family, wup ass & look good doing it.
