I would assume this was the last "tape" (not episode), because I recall the opening being slightly different where the narrator explains how Prometheus gave up trying to educate Bob and took the shortcut with this machine.

Prometheus and Bob is definately my favorite clay animation...The stupidity of Bob is performed superbly by this voice actor (the other one is not really good> there are actually 2 different ones in the series). Original stories and nice plots! Even though it's so much work to create these kind of movies it's really worth it!
