Hard core fans may let the Deux Ex Machina go with what no squid and all, simply because 75 percent of it was spot on.

But its the other 25% that really matters.

I've read the novel 5x's and i still missed so much.

Now i see why this movie can never be filmed correctly...

exciting to see come to life..yet somehow disappointing.

it was amazing watching these beloved characters up on the screen kickass, but.... the movie fail to capture the graphic novels intricate details and multi layered plot lines.

This should have been a two part movie.

but i know that would have cost 4x's as much money.

The story was told overall like the novel, but i was floored at the glaring omissions not to mention the disuse of classic dialog.
