The video was great. In my school, I hear the same thing. "That's Gay!" Using gay as a term for "Stupid" is NOT OKEJ. Last week I addressed the issue of disrespect to the gay community to the Principle, and he is going to talk about it on our schools television broadcasting system. He agrees that EVERYONE deserves RESPECT. I plan to join my schools GSA program sometime soon (Without my parents knowing will be tough.) My Name is Jonathan and I am a former student from Kelly High School who graduated in 2007. I agree that the word was tossed around like people should look down on the gay community. Thats why i never spoke out about my sexuality in high school. So im extremely glad there is a program in Kelly for young gay adults to help them be open to who they are.
