To an extent. You do need to have decent power and a decent track. But I can go just about anywhere that my friend can go on his 03 pro x 600 that is done to the gills on my 91 polaris indy 488 fan that just has weisco high comps and a mild clutch kit with a shitty track.

my old sled was a 91 500 sks liquid. the track had zero lugs left and 9000 miles on the motor. she is still in the yard and i use it every now and again. i keep up with my buddys new switchback in any snow conditions. it is all momentum and where you throw your bodyweight. i have seen some weird ass shit pulled off by sleds i thought could not even turn over

yes, the first storm is 750cc but the rest are 800cc, xlt is at first 580cc then 600cc, same engine as the XCR 600

in the xcr it's an xlt engine.

same as the xlt.

same displacement but the xcr puts out a bit more power, xlt is more of a cruiser, while xcr is sporty.
