Can you tell me your FSX Settings please, or if you have any tweaks in your FSX.cfg because your graphics are stunning. I have very similar specs with a slightly newer graphics card and it doesn't get anywhere near as nice.... in default scenery!
Yeah I have about the same config (i7 920, GTX 285, 12 GB RAM, Windows 7 pro 64 Bit). You set all the traffic to zero and the clouds look only medium detailled. Turn on all the traffic (land/air/sea), increase the automatic genereated objects and use a chopper instead of a plane and you're gonna ask yourself: Do I have a low end PC or what?
This Manhattan scenery really sucks on frame rates and with high settings its almost "unflyable" in a helicopter.

Ja, hab ich, aber durch die Hochhäuser könnte man auch so durchfliegen oder "durchfallen", ausgenommen Dächer mit Heliplattformen
