  • I am stunned by the quality of your work. This is quite literally going to be a work of mechanical art.

  • A truly amazing job abd one of the most beautiful cars ever built. Congratulations. I wish I had the talent to do the same:)

  • I have been looking on web for for lotus eleven drawings. Saw video ,was inpressed. If you could me with info on drawings it would be much appreciated.

  • Nice job. Where can I get the chassis plans? INn Europe we can buy Westfield material but its expensive. How long you made the car? The wheels and the rear axle come from what car? Thank you.

  • Amazing build. Are the chassis plans faithful to the original? Would you be willing to supply a copy? At a cost if required?

  • Great work! I have an eleven that needs the front and rear clips mounted and would appreciate some insight on how you did yours. Also did you do any re-enforcing of the fiberglass? These repros are thinner than the original panels that I also have.

  • Hi Rod,

Your car looks great by the way. I'm rebuilding an all alloy XI at the moment.

I see you used the CC fire pump engine. I've got two that I want to change to a full road going engine. Have you got any more pics of the build up?

  • HAT'S OFF...

  • Rod your work is nothing short of amazing. You should be very proud. Your Seven is a work of art as well!

  • wicked dude I'm planning on making a Seven. Gotta love these lotuses. I wanna make a Hayabusa one :D it would rip so nicely

  • What's the song?

  • Ofortuna

  • Great work! Are the chassis plans available? If so, where?

    Keep up the great work.

  • Great Job. A tribute and shows dedication to the marque.

  • Are you copying an Eleven ver batim? Did you make the front and rear clips?

  • Made everything but the front and rear clips. I'm planning on getting it running and on the road, then making the front and rear in alloy.

  • Wow, talk about rolling your own. You even seem to have used the Coventry Climax engine from a water pump and added the SU's, etc. Very cool! Is this a kit?

  • Its not a kit, all from scratch. All that will be used from the Climax pump is the block and a couple smaller pieces. It requires a lot of work to make it an automotive engine.
