  • Cool beans!

  • You have helped me no end, Thank you.

  • good video, i've stopped smoking now for, well this is my 9th month, i chain smoked for 24 years, then had to be rushed to hospital with liver and kidney failure and a lung infection, at 42 years old, i had my wake up call, i stopped smoking on the 26th april 2011, my lungs have gottern better and stronger, and will get better and better :) the nicotine is the easy bit to get rid of, its the habbit thats taken me the longest to try and get over, you need to wanna stop, more then you wanna smoke!

  • When people tell me that they enjoy smoking I try to explain to them in the most unreformed manner I can muster, that the pleasure they experience is the relief of the withdrawal symptoms the previous cigarette created I am given a look of complete disgust. More over try telling a smoker that smoking creates all of the symptoms it relieves and the head goes firmly back in the sand. Smoking used to be the acceptable face of drug addition, not any more...

  • @Hammersmith80 - your comment would of made me roll another ciggy, but you are totally right,

the saying whats worse then a non-smoker?......an ex-smoker :) having stopped now in my 9th month, im even worse at my friends that still smoke, then my non-smoking brother

  • thank you for this so much....you are a very pleasant woman with a lovely voice..

  • unfortunately Allen Carr died of lung cancer :(

  • Have read the book seen the movie ... but i think i use the same method Allan Carr used to quit .............a hypnotist ...... yes a hypnotist reprogrammed his subconscious to not want to smoke its in his book

  • Don't bully yourself into quiting, respect yourself into quitting.

  • The way I quit smoking is I STOPPED LISTENING TO THE NON-SMOKERS!!! They're such haters and they really put smokers down way too much. I use to quit and after a few days I'd think they were right, I am a pathetic smoker. I can't quit. All that hate hurts your confidence and it makes it harder to quit without confidence, although they arrogantly think they're helping you by saying you're a disgusting, weak, suicidal murderer. I quit when I started telling non-smoker wisdom to go smoke itself!

  • The Easy Way To Quit Smoking By Allen Carr ..Google it and download the book, or go buy it..It's a miracle book and has helped MILLIONS to quit..It has saved MILLIONS of lives. Throw away those patches and go read this book..It's free and works wonders to make you understand just how easy quitting can be.

  • i really ♥ your video thank you for taking the time to make it it helps me.

  • you look like a non smoker now

  • Final Continued

it was much harder this time because I live by myself in a building with a grocery shop on the first floor, I had easy access to it... Much more difficult, but what people have to realize is that the cravings start to subside after 3 days.. make it 3 days without smoking and you can make it the rest of your life.. It really is NOT hard to quit, the 2 times I tried to quit smoking was the 2 times that I did quit smoking... Now I'm not going back to it, not even a puff.

  • Continued

Convinced myself that one drag won't make a difference, and that drag didn't make a difference, but that is what got me back into smoking. When I took that puff, I realized just as I did when I was 14, that you can't get addicted from the first puff, so I kept doing it every time I went out with friends, convinced that I was not addicted, but thats the thing... Thats exactly how you get addicted.. I only realize that now. 2 weeks ago I decided to quit again, and I did, but it was much

  • I'm 17, I started smoking at 14... When I was 15 I had quit smoking for 3 months, all cravings gone and all that, I just decided that smoking is useless, so I gave my dokha (Arabian Pipe) to my friend just before summer started, right after I had a smoke so that I would let my addiction decide. In that summer holiday I was literally forced to stop because I had no way of getting any tobacco from anywhere (parents don't smoke). But after those 3 months I went back to it because I for some reason

  • Final Continued...

Lastly just wanted to say congratulations on quitting after all that time :D And anybody else here looking to quit good luck guys i wish you all the best! If you can find someway of breaking the habbit side, i.e just doing something like chewing gum or playing with a stress toy you will find the physical side a lot easier to deal with at least i did!

I can honestly say after 9 months off i don't get cravings anymore whatsoever! It's easier now public smoking is banned.

  • Continued..

I smoked about 40 a day and packed up 9 months back, the biggest reason for me was money, i like you put a lot of weight on and not helped by my job truck driver i have to be real carefull what i eat, working 70 hours a week does not leave much time for excercise.

You know that most people are addicted to other drugs such as caffeine? And theres now evidence of a lot of people being addicted to fatty foods!

For me the the habit side was worse than the physical addiction.

  • Maybe it's different in OZ but here in the UK Junkie really only to refers to a Heroin Addicton., Some people who smoke 60 a day can stop easily and other people maybe smoke 10 a day have a hellish time but we are all different.

Most people i know that quit did it for money reasons there just too damn expensive here now but like you say you have to really really want to, oh and i know one friend that had a health scare, turned out ok but the fear was enough to make him quit for good.

  • i quit drinkin when i drank i chain smoked all night

  • its a choice quit or die.I want to live dont you?

  • i feel like i wana hug her

  • Some people actually like the smoking, some people are so addicted they kid theirselves into liking it so they don't have to face how weak-willed they are. I, unfortunately, am the second one :(

  • Week 3 of cold turkey here. Thank you!

  • @pdxbater good for you hope you are still a non smoker.

  • im a 35 yo bloke, dont drink booze ,gym 3times a week ,rides my push bike to work but smokes 2 - 3 a day......the term 'junkie" has really woken me up about smoking..."habit "was the wrong word in my eyes, "junkie" has hit home ...when i get an urge to smoke, i say to myself, " dont be such a bloody junkie you idiot"...watching other people smoke helps me because i dont smoke and that use to be me so dont go back !

  • @MrANCHOVIES2 Fantastic - that's the effect it had on me - I didn't want to be a drug addict/junkie/smoker. I've been a non-smoker for four and a half years now - and it's so nice not to have to spend the money or go outside when no-one else smokes or have a horrible cough! Seriously - if I can do it, anyone can do it.

  • @MrANCHOVIES2 Right, a habit is driving on the right, habits are easy to break we soon get used to driving on the left. Smoking is simply drug addiction but never under estimate the power of nicotine addiction I smoked for about 14yrs when I gave up I had no idea the extent of the brainwashing; it actually changes the way you think, it's quite unbelievable and one of the reasons the uninformted fail to quit. Remove the brain washing and you see the ciggy for what it is - lifeless dead material.

  • She kind of looks like judge judy.

  • i'm sorry, but it really isn't easy.

  • Telling myself it was easy to quit did not work for me, because when I quit, then started smoking again, I felt like a complete failure, and had feelings of shame, knowing I was too weak to do something other people said was easy, and made me not want to try again. So I resigned myself to the fact that quitting was not easy, it would be a real fight, and if I started smoking again, just try again, it took me at least 5 times to remain smoke free.

  • @federalwarhawk Im on my 2nd time trying to quit man, i have 5 days smoke free right now, the last time i lasted 6 months, its hard to stop if you ike to drink beer, that always gives me an urge then i give in, good luck people.

  • @TeriHearts You only feel that way because you haven't tried Easyway.

Seriously. It works. And it's easy.

  • Inspiring! I will succeed.

  • Thank you for this video. I'm on day 2 and my body is craving! Thank you again. xxx

  • great video!!! thank you soooo much for the inspiring story. i just threw mine away.

  • --It actually is easy to quit, heres what i did. - after a long night out i was dying the next day from the amount of cigs i smoked. sick and hoarse, i went home and stayed there for the rest of the weekend. i am now at the 72 hour mark and feeling great. all physical withdrawl symptoms are gone and breathing is about 33% easyer after 3 days. Cant wait for the next 3 days!

  • --It actually is easy to quit, heres what i did. - after a long night out i was dying the next day from the amount of cigs i smoked. sick and hoarse, i went home and stayed there for the rest of the weekend. i am now at the 72 hour mark and feeling great. all physicalk withdrawl is gone

  • Smoking is the hardest drug I have ever tried to give up take it from a former heroin /crack and alcoholic I have been clean for many years but smoking has been something that no matter how hard I have tried and I know about being a junkie I lost everything of value to crack and opiates but smoking man if I could quit I would I have tried everything hypnosis patches gum inhalers At the moment I am smoking an E cigarette so that at least I am cutting out all the real bad stuff

  • Thanks a ton!!! For someone trying to quit, every bit helps.

  • Thanks for making this video. I am a total junkie and I hate it.

  • @pvpgirlmoes @kitchenladyful @zincfreud and everyone else - thanks for your kind comments and good luck. I'm still stopped and believe me, if I can do it, you can too. Julie

  • Thank you alot for putting up this video! it realy helps my motivation i stopped smoking today wish me luck :)

  • Thank you! so far it's day 13 for me!!!

  • Diagnosis of Cancer usually does it, but by then it's too late!

  • thank you..i will stop smoking from this moment.

  • Hi I stopped smoking this is me

  • After watching your video ( i have looked at several quit smoking vid's so far ) This one is the most down to earth straight " in your face " i have seen ... ( i already have Al Carrs book .. haven't started reading it yet . ) I guess the short version of what i wanted to say is, Thank You for telling me what it is . I never considered myself in that light .. but it's true. I am a nicotine junkie .. but not for long.

  • Alan Carr (the comedian) was on a chat show and discussed the fact that he is often confused with Allen Carr. He said that because of this he was going to call his autobiography 'Fancy A Fag?'. Ha ha

  • that's great, i'm watching now the allen carr dvd, wish me luck . smoking really dragged me down, 60 sticks a day at most, and i'm only 30....

  • @markalejandrox Good luck!!! In my worst moments, I was filled with happiness realizing I had finally broken free.

  • good stuff, they're safer and safer...

you can actually get ecigarettes almost anywhere online these days

e-cigarette-review net is one such site that compares the best ecigs and has loads of info like ecigarette ingredients, how the work, if they're healthier than tobacco cigarettes etc

    all the best!

  • @eCigaretteSmoker i would then head to the my new drug dealer, the e cig vendor. i think it's better to be nicotine free. don't be fooled by the Hollywood actors using the e cig, you'll find their vids here in you tube, their nothing but addicts as well, johnny depp doesn't look cool with it ( the tourist nothing but a nicotine sponsored video no wonder the story is so thin), and ms Heigl looks paranoid in her David Letterman video, no wonder David don't inhale, he knows it will addict you....

  • @eCigaretteSmoker @eCigaretteSmoker e cigarettes contains nicotine, the drug that keeps u addicted. in europe many people don't smoke, but use snus, and they hate cigarette smoke, but wouldn't be able to be without their snus box...is there any difference? can you be with out your e cig? I tried the e cig in hope to quit smoking, and i did, but ended up vaping that plastic drug device ( heroin injection ??) almost as often i would light up a smoke. instead of heading to the gas station,

  • Thank you.

  • Sane, sensible and intelligent advice, very refreshing. Great video :0)

  • Smoking is obviously unfavorable for you. You inhale over thousands of toxic chemicals into your body, and it is addictive, draining you of the funds and wellness with every puff you take. Some people even die when they take their very first puff! Which is why quitting smoking is a must...It is hard, but I have found a excellent way to quit smoking. Youtube wont let me post the method here, so I put the link of the site on my profile. Enjoy, and stay healthy!

  • NICOTINE = 3RD MOST ADDICTIVE DRUG AFTER COCAINE AND HEROINE!

  • Just to let everyone know - it's four years tomorrow (21st Jan) since I had a smoke. Seriously, if I can do it - so can you! All of my friends, acquaintances, work colleagues, family laughed every time I said I wanted to quit. Just don't give up giving up - you'll do it in the end. Take care of yourselves. J

  • @secrettomlmsuccess i love the way you said if i stop giving it the nicotine it will eventually give up..hahah its my body i know but fuck my body its had enough of that shit!!!! im finished quiting and the junkie part doesnt scare..at the moment its the horrible pains in my lungs and what you said.. anytime i want one ill think 'no im going to win your going to lose ha ha fuck you your not gettin it!!!

    take care :)

  • @secrettomlmsuccessI quit 5weeks ago ,went on the Nicotine!! Patch!!and,at Work -instead of Smokin ,on my Coffee Break,,i chew gum or Sunflower Seed's...

  • Make sure you don't confuse Alan Carr with the English Alan Carr or you'll be in for a nasty shock.

  • @thelexus It's actually ALLEN CARR - and he is English - now I daren't go look for the other one

  • Comment removed

  • @thelexus Or Alan Carr the advertising copywriter (as opposed to the comedian) - but all 3 of them are English :) Regarding the smoking, this vid really nails it. I only quit 4 days ago but did so in the same way, by studying how the drug works, recognising the cravings for what they were, dismissing the "help" that cigs give (they don't help at all and actually make things worse) and so on. Here's the crucial point - as an addict you cannot afford a single puff or you'll be back to square 1.

  • @thelexus I would argue the *comedian* Alan Carr is a damn sight worse than smoking, a pathetic overly camp in your face idiot, watching an episode of his show could easily put the quitter back to square one :)

  • STARTIN TODAY AFTER WATCHIN THIS VIDEO IM GOING COLD TURKEY I HOPE THINGS WORK OUT AND I CUT THIS DISGUSTING HABIT

  • im only 18 but i smoke to much and really want to give up in the mornings my body feels horrible!! im gunna take ur advice a try to not smoke from now. thank you for you video :)

  • @OfficialTDG360 how's that going? I'm 18 and I have some breathing problems.I want to quit too and i smoke too much.It is really, really hard...

  • I'm 32 and been smoking since I was 10. I look young still and it hasn't done shit to my looks. I look 20 years old. In fact I got carded for a lighter last week. That isn't to say that the inside of me hasn't aged considerably- just saying smoking doesn't always age you. I'm on day 2 of cold turkey so hopefully I can keep the quit.

  • I started smoking when I was 8 and just stopped for a week and feel like killing everything that irritates me...

  • respect 4 this women... ;) i thoght that womens are stupid, but this video makes me think difrent... ;)

  • Great Job! Very to the point-no riff raff about pointless info that smokers already know! I am a smoking cessation counselor and also have an Business called Beat the Pack Smoking Education Programs in New Hampshire, USA. I will probobly use your video in some of my groups-Thank You

  • wait, If i smoke cigarettes, I'm a heroin addict? i thought that's what junkie meant o_O

  • @derwos Umm...The point she was making...is you have a monkey on your back (your addicted). Nicotine is a drug...more addictive than heroin. So choose your own word for your addiction: junkie, druggie, addict, hooked, etc. And addiction by any other name, is still a biatch. ;)

  • @derwos she never said that. if you smoke a cigarette you're a nicotine addict, addict= junkie...

  • Thank you.

  • All though I appreciate this video.......I have to state it it not that easy to quit. But I have quit after 37 years and 6 attempts. The hardest part of quitting, for me, was making the commitment to quit. The prospect of losing an old friend scared me. It was there when I was stressed, bored, in ecstasy after sex, having a drink with buddies, etc. The hardest part was facing the future without the friend I got so used to being there. I realized it was never my friend, but rather, my enemy.

  • @StaticJolts that kind of reminds me of how when I was a kid going to school, i'd always plan on definitely doing my homework when I got home, i was FULLY determined, completely decided, but every time, without fail, as soon as I got home I always blew it off playing computer games or whatever. It's being in that comfortable environment that makes it so easy to postpone plans.

  • @derwos It is human nature to resist change...the prospects of change can be scary. But is is also essential to a species ability to survive as a whole, for without change we'd still be living in caves using stone knives and bear skins.

  • Hi,

Thanks for your video. I'm on day 3 and it's very hard not to give in.

The funny thing is that the fact that it's so hard to quit smoking actually makes me more and more angry with the cigarette companies. This anger helps me to continue to stop.

  • cheers, hon

  • First thing first.. Thank you so much!! i dont know what is your business and business video but you sound so real. I have been thru everything that you talked about. I have really read the boring Allen Carr's book 6 years ago and then i did quit that lasted about 40 days. then years after my best was about 5 months w/o smoking. Now I am living my usual life - 20 cigs a day. I dunno how many smoker can relate to this, most of my life -vity is realted to smoking. anyways, not enough chrctrs lft..

  • thank you for sharing this! found it really awesome. Ive read allen carr a few times, and always returned to smoking (i was stupid) also watched his DVD, still went back. Thing is, i still know what he says is so true, and he is the only one who will get me over smoking, so after seeing your video, im now gonna watch the DVD again, but stay focussed, because im so unhappy as a smoker. Thanks again and wish me luck! :) Also love Australia, spent a year traveling there, Rodge (a pompy!:)) x

  • Allen Carr's book is brilliant, but I strongly recommend using a hypnotherapy audio cd as well, I used Paul Mckenna but there are loads, listen to a few online and find one you like the sound of. If you use them every day the cumulative effect is very powerful. You can also use it to get you through a weak spell. I don't recommend a one off hypnotist, I don't see the point, but always having that refuge with you can be literally a lifesaver. I kept two hypno tracks on my phone as my lifeline.

  • Im supposed to quit from this month but it is sooooo hard....

I used to smoke 35 a day... reduced to 4 and my wife criticizes so much saying that I m a chicken .... That really hurts and doesnt help....

I wish I could have your strength

  • Thankyou, Im 19 and only started smoking to fit in with my friends...BIG MISTAKE!

    This video has helped me!

    Tomorrow is a new start!

    xx

  • @HorrorSoundtracks same shit here, and i don't even hang around with those friends anymore...

  • I do enjoy smoking, so what if that makes me a junkie? Maybe some of us do enjoy smoking? just cause you dont doesnt mean others cant.

  • @grantland469 U are right ! I only smoke 3 cigs a day but I enjoy them.

  • I WILL NOT BE CONTROLLED BY NICOTINE ANY LONGER....THANK YOU

  • Imm Gunna Tryy That :) Iv Tried Givin Up So Many Times Thoo But Like I Always Up Up In Bad Moods And End Up Almost Asiff I Had Postnatel Depresion Have You Got Any Ideas Thankyoou x

  • Very charming woman, exceedingly sincere, and very inspirational.

  • I like 5:19 part mos

    thanks

  • ok the thing is, I am crazy enough to like the taste, smell and feeling of the smoke......help me with this one..

  • Some things u say arent really right :

Everyone can get cancer, even the non-smokers (my grandma is 97 years old, smokes a pack a day, she still lives, and my nice died last year from longue-cancer, she didnt smoke one cig),

Your "friend" who only smokes once a week is not addicted, its like saying "eating candy is addicted" ?

I like smoking because of the taste, most of my friends smoke so that makes it social (both not like u say).

I smoke for 13 years now, but only 3 cig a day :)

  • @phtmexplo

ok let's be serious I'm a 3 to 5 cigarettes smoker / day and it's damn hard to quit even this tiny amount of cigs , the problem is not how many cigarettes you smoke but it's the fact that you can't quit

I'm doing my best to kick this shit out of my life though I'm only 22 but I feel so exhausted nearly all the time , Smoking affected my stamina , I'm a smoker for nearly 7 years

  • @karamnegraoui As long as u dont smoke more then 3-5 cigs a day, it wont hurt u (really much). I smoke 3 cigs a day, I dont have the need to smoke any more then that and I dont have a "real" reason to quit and I feel good about it. If i have a good reason to quit (besides health, because 3 wont really damage me that much) I will quit "cold turkey" :)

  • Thank you very much for your inspiring video. I am 24 and have smoked for 10 yrs. I feel it is time for me to quit. I am only on day two, and it's awful right now. Hearing your advice has given me strength to ignore my cravings. I know it will continue to be hard but I will definitely keep your advice in mind. Thank you very much.

  • Thank you for posting. I am 24 yrs old and have smoke for 10 yrs. I feel it is time to quit. I am only on day two, and it sucks right now. Your video has definitely given me a boost in confidence to continue. Thank you very much! I will look for Carr's book as well. Thank you for broadcasting your advice.

  • Thank you!

  • Thank you!

  • Thank you!

  • Really cool advice. Thanx for the helpful video. The 'its not you who wants a cigarette but your body that craves it' part did it for me after trying for 2 long stressful, smoky years. Also fast forwarded to a cancerful day with the doctor looking over me telling me how long I had to live? No! Not happening to me. I beat my self down for the first five minutes of the crave, then I get stronger. Tell yourself, 'I am not going to give it to you, you are going to kill yourself'. Thanks everyone.

  • Change your regular daily habits. Start doing everything differently. Quit drinking alcohol, quit hanging out with friends that smoke all the time. Quit watching the same telivision programs. Hike up the nearest mountain. Give an old friend a call. Do 50 pushups, and 20 pullups. Get on the bike and go swimming. Anything, just break all your old habbits and you become so occupied with refreshing activities you'll forget why you smoked in the first place.

  • Personally I found that exercise is the most effective way (as long as you have been exercising while you were smoking) to beat a craving. If you're not used to exercise it might be a huge problem in beating craving to use that method. You will quit if you want to but if you really want to benifit quickly, start exercising. I strongly believe that healthy diet and exercise naturally gives your mind and body a boost to repel garbage habits like smoking.

  • Excersise while you cut your dosage. For example: cut down your 5 to 10 smokes a day to 3 to 4. After 3 days of cutting down, cut down more. 1 to 2 a day, then 2 days later cut down to 1 ciggarette at the END of the day. Push yourself. Also, if you're like me and you are mentally addicted to having something in your mouthe, use tiny bits of Redman chew to slow down. Remember this: Addiction means that you subconsciously try to increase dosage, so, you MUST consciously decrease it.

  • I finished my last cigarette about an hour ago. I will update as time passes. I just hacked up some black stuff from my lungs into the sink. My immediate impulse was to flush it down without looking at it or thinking about it. That was my addiction talking. Don't think about what it is doing to me. As I go through withdrawal, I will have to be alert that truth and common sense are making my decisions, not nicotine.

  • @Anglagard1: I'm about 55 hours in, and I haven't had a cigarette. I have to say that it's been a little harder than Alan Carr said it would be, but I still think if it comes down to it that I'd rather suck on a dead rat than a cigarette. I'm kind of going for broke tonight, having a few beers. I want to know that I can do everything I did for enjoyment before, and I must say I enjoy my beer. So far, so good. Just finished a pint of some heavy beer and I'm doing okay. Will continue to update.

  • @Anglagard1: 10 plus days being smoke-free. Chock another one up for Alan Carr's Easyway book.

  • @Anglagard1 Fantastic - thanks for letting us know

  • @Anglagard1 how's it going? hope fully u've been managed to quit 6 months ago...

  • @markalejandrox I had one failing at around Christmas time. I won't make excuses except to say I had something bad happen in my life. But it's been 2 months since then with plenty of opportunity to smoke and no desire. I recently bought the book for the company I work for. They have a quit smoking campaign going, and I wanted to give people what I believe is a better alternative. As for smoking, I really don't think about it much, but when I do, I think of how happy I was when I quit.

  • Thank you! Very helpful!

  • hello

I wanted to say thank you.

I dont even know how on earth i ended up watching your video but i did.

afterward and went and downloaded a copy of caar's book and i read it in one evening (only about 100 pages).

I did not quit smoking right away, perhaps i read the book too fast and it took me some time for everything to sink in.

But now it has been 1 week since i quit.

It's been hard for me a bit but i did it.

15 years of smoking, so many fights with my wife...

    done!

    Thank you so much!

  • thanks

  • Carr is God...thank you!

  • Just wanna say nice video and thank u for posting it

  • thank you so much cuz my dad stated at 24 and he is 60

    and he still smokes...

kinda sad cuz when he tries to stop he screams at us and makes a bif mess ;(

he is gonna get fucking cacer!!!!@@@

  • @amsl1999 big mess lol not bif mess

  • Comment removed

  • Haha i didnt smoke 3 days one time then i didnt want ciggarettes and felt SO GOOD... But i smoke now hahahahaha because im 18 now and can buy ciggarets!

  • 1:55 makes me want to go for one lol. Seriously though thanks for posting, I plan on quitting after this pack, with gums.

  • thank you for doing this video, started smoking at the age of 13 and smoked until the age of 23. i gave up successfully for a year then started again (why i do not know). I now want to quit again but its sooo hard ive been trying to quit for 7 months. Your video has inspired me to be strong and just stop. I did it once so i must can do it again..... thank you

  • Your video helped me a lot. Thank you so much.

  • sure it's easy, if it clicks in your brain... otherwise it is the hardest thing to do, she says its easy yet took her how many years to stop???................ P.s what works for some don't mean it works for all.. you shouldnt say it's easy be correct and say it's easy to quit for you...... no offense but this videos usless....... glad u quit do.... damn i guess im a junkey monkey..............

  • thank you ... I started reading allen carr;s book last year, but i never finished it becauze i was afraid, until last week... it's amazing, it is so easy... this woman is perfectly right... get the book, read it , and finish it...don't lose a year like i did

  • what about cigars

  • i am very thankful to you for posting this video. i took your advice and read allen carrs book and i am on day 3 cold turkey! i feel great.

i want to share something here with the other viewers. you have to believe me; she is very honest and correct; quitting is easy. it is one of the easist things i have ever done. and i am going through cold turkey withfrawal as i write this.

  • @SuperChicagoDude

you say; what? how can he say its easy if hes in the withdrawal stage???

  • @SuperChicagoDude its all being in the proper state of mind. if i dont want to smoke, and i decided to quit, why is there any confusion? i cant miss what i dont want! why should i miss something that is giving me these withdrawal pangs? i resent it if anything.

  • @SuperChicagoDude

this is where people get confused; youve been brainwashed into thinking smoking is enjoyable. what a joke. you think it is enjoyment, fun, or even love of cigarettes.

  • @SuperChicagoDude haha sucker; youre being scammed. it has nothing to do with pleasure or love of something, its everything to do with a nasty addiction and getting into smoking habits for all of lifes stresses and activities.

once you realize the enjoyment concept is false, quitting is as easy as pie. you should read allen carrs book, and you will too see the light.

    take care

  • @SuperChicagoDude Thank you so much for your comments. I am glad to have helped. You and I both know the truth - you are 3 days in and I am now over 3 years in - since I got rid of this "nasty addiction" as you put it.

Folks - get the book! (and READ it!) It really does work.

  • @secrettomlmsuccess

  • @undrapeaunoir A craving only lasts for a few minutes. Take some deep breaths when your having a craving (reminding yourself why your quitting) and occupy your mind somehow. The craving is fleeting and you'll be fine. I'm still smoke free, but the craving still creeps in no and then! You can beat this animal....I have faith in you!

  • awsome

  • inspirational

  • I find my self attracted to you

  • I have smoked since I was 13 and I am 40 now. My mom just found out yesterday that she has lung cancer and it is not treatable. The doctors say she has 6 months to 1 year to live. It's already Very Devistating for all of our family and it's only been 2 DAYS since we found out. My mom only smoked 10-15 cigs per day for 25 years and she still got lung cancer.

Thank you so much for the video and I will get that Alan Carr book from the library to help me quit. Wish me luck.

  • @patr70 I'm so sorry to hear about your Mum. I've just found out my sister-in-law has lung cancer too - she's 61. Everyone, please get the book and use it to help you quit. It really is easy if you follow the process in the book.
