all spice, black pepper or white pepper, salt, small cummin (exeptional), small glutamine(exceptional mostly for asian bcoz the arabic woman didn't used dz) and sometimes i add bit of cinnamon powder (exceptional)
wow close to the recipe that i've ever knew from my mother inlaw it just need more enhance to make the sauce bit more saucy... but am thats so yummy too!
