thanks for posting. It is always interesting to know about others surgeries. I had my tubes closed by laparoscopic surgery 12 years ago....I was in and out the clinic in one afternoon....I had not known about hystero being done the same way. sure saves cutting the abdo muscles...(those who have had Cesarean's know this is a long recovery). thanks for the info. and your muscles are looking good.!
Hey, how did you get a doctor to approve this? I'm actually having some medical issues lately but I don't have insurance....even if I did, the doctors are so wary about a hysterectomy. So, what were your steps to get this accomplished?
I have the same surgery in one month. Thanks to all who have posted their experiences. Internet communication and education of western medical possabilities has made a big impact on my personal decisions and overall understanding.
for sure, i noticed my facial hair came in faster and my T levels were more stable. having no other hormone to fight against did help. but on a speed scale it's still not anything really impressive (not like growing a beard over night hah)
hey just a quick question. did you notice any change in the area around your hips after you started taking T. thats where most of my disphoria comes from and i was wondering if after being on T for awhile if they would start slimming down to give me less of a curvy look in that region
hey bud, i wouldn't say my hips went down( i lost alot of weight which helped) but my shoulders really broadened and that is what i would give credit to for equalizing everything out. before i started T that was something i was also very self cautious about.
hey Noah, I'm really not a big fan of supplements (other then some basic vitamin stuff once in a blue moon) and I'm not sure if i'll start to take any in relation to my work outs.
however I have been looking into an organic whey powder but i'm still on the fence about trying it full time.
mostly I just don't have enough information about that sort of stuff, and I'm a big fan of just having real results with plain hard work :)
Thanks for this video! I'm going through the process now of getting coverage for my hysto and it was helpful and encouraging to see how great you're doing just one week out! Happy healing!
thanks dude :) The healing time was really very short, you're able to get around a move not long after, just stuff under the skin feels sore for a while after. But best of luck man, I hope everything goes well with your op :)
i hope you can find a surgeon soon. i did hear about SRS being covered before. it's not really the money i'm worried about though. i have picked a surgeon i just need to wait for my job to be more stable. i really want to travel to alberta someday and all of canada pretty much. have you been to toronto?
hey nice video. you look great for six months. i have a question. i was wondering how you got your chest surgery covered? i live in ontario and i'm pretty sure I have to pay for mine. i was wondering how you got it covered. i have only been living in canada for a year so i don't really know anything about the health care system here. i was actually thinking about getting a hysto done. looks like it's a pretty simple surgery.
hey Alex, the Canadian health care system is good, but the coverage varies through province's which really isn't fair. I'm not sure about other province's but I do know SRS was listed in Ontario, then taken off the list in the late 90's. Protesters fought for years to get it back, and it was relisted but deemed not a priority. So I don't think there is full coverage yet. And although Alberta does full coverage, the list of surgeons is short, and the wait lists are massive.

My hips completely changed shape! a lot of that did have to do with fat redistrobution, but they definately change.

That's a good thing that you did your hysto now, because T can really mess with the insides if they aren't removed right away.

Doing these videos is actually the first time I've ever heard myself. It's odd to hear myself, so I think i sound a bit goofy.
But it's good to know someone doesn't think it's too bad.
