  • popular misconception is that there's a way to work the inner and outer chest. Sorry, but it's all the same muscle. There's upper and lower muscles to work in the chest, but no inner and outer... it's all one long muscle fanning across the chest. Let people know this before they talk more BS about how to work out the inner and outer chest muscle. what you are really doing is "half reps" when you do diamonds to focus on one half of the movement and the other with wide grip is also another half.

  • @veksink Quality over quantity all depends on what body type you like, Big and broad, or less big and define. either way push ups are not difficult, it's the fact that people make them out to be difficult. The higher the aim the better you are. People set the normal standard in a pushup set to maybe 30 40 a set and end up not being able to do the whole 40 in the 3rd or fourth set and their winded. When the limit should be set at 50 to 60 and then you'll be amazed at what your body is capable of.

  • my advise to the beginner is do this stuff because it will make you strong and fit ! BUT if you are an x weight training guy with some bulk youre gonna build a beautiful body because you got weight that will make you develop beautiful proportionate body! SO you skinny guys do lift some weights if you wanna get bigger too. Otherwise wear a weight vest while doing these exercises.

  • i Have stopped pumping iron, well mostly, the reason is this dude and others like him look better/ tougher / faster than me. I got muscle size but when I started doing things as basic as pushups i learnt how heavy I was, when I tried pullups I failed! SO respect to you guys, Im with you and one day soon I will look like you cause im doing hundreds of reps of various park exercises, strengthening my core dropping weight and feeling like superman, this strength I can use!!!!!!!!!

  • @lumhostile tou look at his form on the regular push ups, he goes plenty low enough, i would like to see anybody go that low on the inclines and get back up, try it its real hard if you get your arms past 90degrees

  • @0xANDx0 It is harder to go lower on a incline push up. That's what makes it more effective for the upper chest and shoulders. And i do them regularly along with dips for the lower pecs and regular pushups to make the chest pop from every angle.

That's because he knows how to control his breathing and good breathing helps you to do more reps and if your into cardio, breathing right also makes you run longer and that way you can lose more body fat and get leaner.
