time is not the same. plants have time differently then people. if we compare time for use vs plants, ya time seams to stop since we live in minutes and seconds while plants live in years and decades. and time is a whole different concept then the physical world sees it. look up michio kaku to learn more
to answer your points 1) It's never said that it's very deep in the forest. 2) I'm sure they still need water, drink out of the stream if you're thirsty (I don't believe Evian is still around in this show)3) They're obviously not in truly wild areas so runners would be fine. And if he gets home with blisters he might think twice next time.
Agreed. Check out the nicely built footbridge (:20). Also, where's the dude's H20, and why is he dressed for a day at the shopping mall (including tennis shoes)?
If you've checked out the show this is based on "After Judgment" you'll see that time has stopped. so maintained trails would not have overgrown and why do they need H20? Have you walked in the woods in runners? Not that hard.
True I don't know the show. But even if time has stopped 1) the presence of a footbridge shows that you're not very deep into the forest, and 2) You don't need water anymore if 'time stops'? Then why do they need to breathe air? and 3) Yes, I've backpacked, and "runners" will not hold up for long in truly wild areas.
