Neither is the best.

Wilco has a lot of bugs, and VC and the avionics of overland are poor.

It is not at the level that both are the same as PMDG and level-d.

Therefore, free add-on posky (Though it is an easy flight model) is better.

This VC is custom made.

The gauges are using from payware 2D Panel.

If you have default FS9's B777, you must see the simviation forum.
