OK i don't believe the UK government are capable of killing UK citizens! however i do believe they are more than capable of going ahead with the attacks to make the UK people sympathetic towards the war in the middle east! however why hurt innocents when we are already in the middle east?

i believe they are capable but just cant bring myself to think that they would do it...
