  • Why are you all on about Keith? On the original recording in 1969 Pete sung this song and there were no drums in it...

  • Keith and Phil Collins are the true uncle ernies :'(

  • so they put uncle Ernie in charge of the camp - wait, WHAT?

  • It's Just Not The Same.. R.I.P. Moonie

  • You could almost see the pain in Pete's eyes as he did it without Keith.

  • @SkyrimOrBust We can see he feels guilty to sing it without Keith :'-(

  • Pete is god

  • One of the reasons i love the who is humor!

  • i love the way pete sings it

  • Pete Townshend does not look very well.

  • wow pete's good! he sounds like he's drunk!

  • I can't believe they did that without Keith.

  • dude, keith died, sorry man

  • pete always sung it live in the '69/'70 tours. it was dropped for a long while, and revived to be more like the 'film version' with keith in '75/'76. this is the who at total rock bottom, where the who didn't play even remotely as a band. but i have no problem at all with pete singing this

  • @FluffMyGarfield it's so sad make that without keith

  • I can see what you mean.

  • i cant imagine how hard that had to be for pete to do keiths song. he does a good job though

  • Keith never sang this song, not live, not on the album.

  • yeah i actually realized that a few weeks ago. keith didnt start doing it until like the mid 70s. but still i mean after keiths death it had to be hard for pete because if it was me that would be all i would think about singing that song.

  • however in agust of 69 they recorded/filmed a few songs including Tommy's Holiday Camp where keith sang it. if you want proof go to my favs.

  • that video is of keith miming to the orig recording that has pete singing

  • @thebigguyconnor I know that. I was talking about the original music video. I'm not stupid -.-

  • @mrskeithmoon :S sorry, i was bein a jerk!

  • I've got video's of him doing it. He did sing it.

  • Your right, he did sing it in the '70's. As in 1974 and 1975. But Pete sang it in the period that counted more: 1969 and 1970.

  • How about Live At Kilburn then?

  • Nothing past 1971 actually counts.

  • @whotles but Who are You came out after that

  • There is a new video of this song sang by Keith

  • After 1971.

  • keith always did this song! my dad saw him live!

  • Your wrong.
