wow...just another example of the "spread the wealth" mentality. That park will be over run by gangsters, homeless and drug dealers. How about instead of building a new park, you use that money to combat all 3 of those issues? A park does nothing for the welfare of people. You really wanna change your life and or the place you live? Get rid of the gangs, and the drugs. Ignoring those things will not bring you any closer to prosperity.
